before - aches in shoulders and back. restricted movement in shoulders and neck. lower back pain when doing tasks like thing up shoe laces. sleepless/restless nights due to aches.

after - full mobility in back and shoulders without the aches. great night's sleep. standing taller

he knew he felt lop sided, but couldn't get his chest and shoulders to open up even when he tried.

after - all restored , shoulders and chest popping, and standing tall
