We are putting this post out as we are hopeful of finding help in terms of our social media 😊.

I have been the lead on social media for a few years now and I feel that our content has become a bit 'samey', mainly because of my limited knowledge in how to create content that reflects what we do and content that is also informative.

Is there anyone reading this that may be able to support us, we are looking for someone that can create reels, clips, and different content that helps us spread the message of what we offer and what we can do to help those struggling around addiction issues.

If you feel you can help us then please contact us, or even someone you know that may be interested and we really appreciate any help provided 💯.

Today marks 7 months clean and sober for our resident Archie and we are so happy to see him making so much progress 😊.

Today, he is happy, confident and has a smile on his face, a huge change to the the Archie we met just over 7 months ago 💯.

For those who know Archie, they know he is a very well mannered lad, very respectful and a good lad to be around, huge congratulations Archie 🎊.

7 months is amazing, that 1 year cleantime is in sight 😊.

Our resident Jordan recently celebrated 6 months clean and sober and this is such a huge achievement for him 😊.

Jordan has found recovery tricky at times, like us all, its never plain sailing but in them times he has communicated how he felt and this has been a crucial part of his recovery 💯.

There have been so many good times within these 6 months, not least, spending time with his family and to see him in this photo is extremely heartwarming as it shows recovery can bring families together ❤️.

Congratulations Jord, fantastic achievement to reach 6 months clean, keep doing what your doing and get back to the life you want to lead, not one active addiction dictates 😊.

We couldn't be prouder of Will Owen, who celebrates two years clean and sober 😊.

Will was a fantastic resident, worked incredibly hard, and left the project in much better place then when he arrived.

Since leaving, he has remained clean, has moved into his own place, got himself a dog which he always wanted and is now currently on holiday in Kenya with his grandma and two cousins ♥️.

Will is proof that we can turn our lives around, as with everything, you get out what you put in and no matter our circumstances, if you want to change then its down to us as individuals to put the effort into achieving that change 💯.

Congratulations Will 🎊...

Two years is such an amazing achievement, you deserve it all and we hope you have an amazing time on holiday to celebrate 🥳 🎉.

Thank you so much to Diane from Keen 2 clean oven cleaning for cleaning our ovens yesterday 😊.

Diane contacted us a week or so ago as she wanted to show her support and offer her help, and yesterday she cleaned our oven completely free of charge and even left our residents some chocolate 🍫.

It was an amazing gesture and the ovens are like brand new, we have 11 residents in that paticular house so the kitchen is heavily used.

This will help the guys as they now have perfecty clean ovens, they can have a litte re-set and keep on top of them.

To do this for us for absolutely free means the world to us and from everyone here at the project, and paticularly the lads in the house....

We’re really proud to share something new we’ve been up to at The Dynamo Project 💙

Recently, we’ve been working with the Safeguarding Team at Finham Park School in Coventry, supporting them to build their understanding of addiction and how it affects families and loved ones.

The session went really well, with lots of open and honest conversation, and we’re very happy to say we’ve been asked back to deliver more training in other areas of the school. It feels like the start of a really positive relationship 🤝

This work means a lot to us. Helping schools talk about addiction in a more informed, compassionate way is a big step towards breaking down stigma and supporting young people and families better.

Another great breakfast at O’Toole’s Cafe.

This week has been all about rest, balance and giving our residents the space to reconnect with themselves in Callum’s Kabin 💫

We began the week with a deeply relaxing soundbath, allowing everyone the opportunity to slow down, unwind and simply be present in the moment. 😴

Then we have had a session exploring the benefits of the NADA protocol, where ear seeds were applied for each resident. They were then guided through a meditation focusing on “quietening the mind” — creating mental clarity, stillness and a sense of inner peace. ✌🏻

Today we finished the week with an input on how tuning forks can help balance the mind and body, as well as ease aches and pains. Each resident had the opportunity to experience the vibrations of the tuning forks while lying peacefully, accompanied by another guided meditation designed to help them find stillness within. 🧘

We’ve had a fantastic week, and we’re so proud of how well everyone has taken part and embraced each session. 🙏🏻

**No photos this week of the lads taking part in the above activities as to be honest they all looked like they were catching flies as they were deeply relaxed and it wasn’t a pretty sight 😂 **

It was amazing to put this beautiful collage up this morning, which has taken pride in place in our main reception area ♥️.

Callum Kinzett was one of us, a pillar in our community and he represented everything this project was set up for, to help those lost find themselves again, something Callum worked so hard to achieve 😊.

His loss will always hurt, we are reminded of him every day and his memory will be honoured each and every single day.

Thank you to Ashleigh for making this for us, this will be the first thing our residents see each morning, we miss you Callum so much and we all love you ♥️.

This is Sean, and we couldn't be prouder as he celebrates 3 months clean and sober 😊.

It took a while for Sean to reach us and we were delighted to finally welcome him and since arriving has worked so hard to stay clean, despite facing challenges at times he has kept going and thats all we can ask for in these early days.

As it says in his art work he completed yesterday, you have to fight to reach your dream, and for today and the past few months, this lad has fought and is working towards making the life he dreams of a reality ♥️.

Huge congratulations to our resident Curtis, who recently celebrated 5 months clean and sober 😊.

Curtis, alongside his support worker Will has done amazingly well to reach this point in his recovery and is now starting to think what's next as he continues to work towards his goals in life.

We celebrate every day we stay clean and sober, from where he was to where he is now shows huge improvements in Curtis in all aspects of his life and we could not be any prouder of what he has achieved 💯.
