We start today with more positivity as Sean celebrates 6 months clean and sober 😊.

Sean, pictured here with his two children has worked so hard to reach this point and is now back living and caring for his children which means the world to him.

Although Sean is not living with us no more, he is still heavily involved in the project, he attends two days a week and is always at our events and is very much part of our community πŸ’―.

He is a good lad, someone that has been through tough times, and someone who is more understanding today of his responsibilities and taking ownership of his recovery.

Congratulations Sean 🎊.....

6 months is incredible and we are all so proud of you.

We were very saddened to hear the very sad news of the passing of Justin O'Connor, known to many as 'Bubs' πŸ’”.

Bubs was a resident with us some time ago now, he did try to make changes and do the best he could in the circumstances he faced.

His family have set up a GoFundme to help with funeral costs and we are asking if anyone can make a donation to help his family give him the send off he deserves πŸ’―.

RIP Justin 'bubs' O'connor ❀️.

Huge congratulations to our resident Ricky, who celebrates 60 days clean and sober 😊.

Ricky, pictured here alongside his support worker Andy has been a fantastic addition to our project and has settled in very well πŸ’―.

He is working hard, doing what is asked of him and the fact he is celebrating 60 days proves his commitment to his early recovery.

We are so proud of him, what an amazing start and we look forward to seeing where this journey takes him ❀️.

Today is a very special day as our resident James celebrates 1 year sober 😊.

In this video we see where James was just over a year ago, passed out drunk on the settee without any hope of a happy future.

When James came to see us he was broken, he doesn't even remember being at the appointment and he managed to get himself to detox and he then moved into our project. Since then, James has worked so hard in all aspects of his recovery and for this man to reach a year sober is miraculous ✨️.

He is an amazing example that recovery is very much possible, with hard work and dedication then anyone can reach for the stars 🌟.

Congratulations James, we are all so proud of you and keep doing what your doing..

The best is yet to come πŸ’―β€οΈ.

We are very much looking forward to our next football match which takes place this Friday as the project takes on Sherbourne FC ⚽️ .

The game is being held at Coventry Sphinx sports and social club and kicks off at 5pm 😊.

Sherbourne FC is a team made up of all the teachers and wider staffing team at Sherbourne Fields School. We are delighted they asked us to take part and im sure the game will be a good one.

The project is very proud to have its own football team and following on from the success of the rugby match it highlights the importance of teamwork and unity 🀝.

If your available on Friday evening, please feel free to come down and watch and show your support.

Huge congratulations to our resident Happy, who celebrates 25 months clean and sober 🎊 ✨️.

25 months is incredible from where he once was, for context, that is 760 days in a row where this man has remained clean and sober πŸ’―.

Happy is now actively looking for his new home where he can then move on with his life, making his own choices and taking full responsibility for his recovery.

Well done Happy 😊....

Keeps smashing it.

What a way to start a brand new week, as we celebrate with our resident Lewis, who has reached 30 days clean and sober 😊.

Lewis, pictured here alongside his son and his 1-1 worker Craig has come into the project and done what has been asked of him. It was great to see him at the recent Coventry City game against Portsmouth with his son and with a smile on his face ❀️.

Them first 30 days can be brutal, as long as dont use, then no matter how we feel, we can get through them early days and Lewis has achieved what he thought 31 days ago as unachievable.

Huge congratulations Lewis 🎊, what an amazing start and we all fully believe in you.

Today, one of our residents John successfully completed the Stratford marathon πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ.

It is quite simply an amazing achievement, John, who this week celebrated 15 months clean and sober has trained so hard for today and all that hard work resulted in this man running a marathon 😊.

I remember him saying a while back he wanted to run a marathon, at that time, im not even sure John thought it was possible but here we are today and it was very much possible πŸ’―.

John is an amazing example of what recovery can bring, its will never been given, but if your prepared to put in the hard yards, which is very relevant to John today then anything is possible.

Congratulations John, 15 months clean and sober, running a marathon and setting one hell of an example to all those around you, including myself.

We couldn't be any prouder, what an amazing achievement ❀️.

On Friday we played against in our annual charity rugby match and we are so amazed to have raised an incredible £787.85 😊.

Thank you so much for everyone that attended and supported us, it means so much and to have raised that much money.

Every penny raised will directly help others, thank you to all the players who were willing to get on the pitch for a good course and we look forward to playing again next year πŸ’―.

Β£787.85 is incredible....

Thank you all so much ❀️.

Last night was an incredible experience as The Dynamo Project played against Barkers Butts XV in our charity rugby match at Barkers' Butts Rugby Football Club 😊.

The whole evening was an amazing success, to see that many people there supporting us was unbelievable and I know how much that meant to each and every single one of our residents πŸ’―.

No doubt there will be a few sore bodies this morning, this wasnt an exhibition, it was hard hitting and played in a fantastic spirit, both teams doing themselves proud.

For some of our lads, it was the first time ever playing in a rugby match, something they may have never thought they would ever done. But last night they proved to themselves of what they are capable off ❀️.

A huge thank you to NickBimages for capturing the event with these incredible photos, he does amazing work and these photos will mean a lot to our lads who played.

We also want to thank Kate and Matt and M&T Midlands-Groundworks for our very own kits, they looked amazing when we wore them last night.

And Barkers Butts, your hospitality and what you do for us is incredible, two years in a row now, you have welcomed us and made us feel apart off, you are nore then a rugby club, you are an amazing community ❀️.

Finally, thank you to Loz, who deserves a post all to himself, but for now, just know, all of us love you and we are so grateful for you 😊.

24/04/2026

Its getting very real now, kick off is approaching and the kits are ready 😊.

We couldn't ask for a better evening for it, kick off is at 7pm up at .

We cannot wait πŸ™Œ....

The man in the middle of this brilliant photo is David, and we could not be any prouder of him as he celebrates 90 days clean and sober 😊.

Here he is, surrounded by all his family and this is whats possible in recovery, not only can we get ourselves back, we can bring our families together and David has an amazing supportive family around him.

He has made an incredible start to life in recovery and he is definitely moving in the right direction πŸ’―.

90 days clean and sober is an amazing achievement, we are so excited to see what his future holds and from everyone here at the project...

Huge congratulations David 🎊 ❀️.
