We are so proud of our resident Preston, as he recently celebrated 3 months clean and sober 😊.

Preston is a good lad, only 19 years old but that hasn't stopped him seeking the help he needed.

He is very polite, happy to do whats asked of him and we couldn't be any prouder of what he has achieved so far 💯.

2026 promises to be a fantastic year for this young man, he has a baby imminent and has shown himself that he can get through the rigours of every day life without the use of substances.

Congratulations Preston 🎊....

A fine example to anyone out there who is struggling, age is not important, making the changes to our lives is more important then the age we make them ❤️.

It was great to visit the Coventry Building Society team this morning at their head office branch and we donated some amazing items to help our residents over Christmas 🎄 😊.

We have been so fortunate to be their community partner for a while now and they have done so much for us during that time.

They always go above and beyond for us, they do so much in terms of fundraising and its more then just them helping us, we have formed good friendships and we are so grateful for their support ❤️.

Join us for our last session of the year, where we’ll be talking about navigating the festive season and New Year celebrations. It’s a chance to reflect on the past few months, connect with others, and move forward with new tools, new skills, and a little extra hope 💙

Our group is open to anyone who is finding it tough supporting a loved one through addiction. We offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for you to be heard and supported.

A warm welcome to everyone who has joined us this year — and to those who have been thinking about coming along, this is a great time to start.

✨ We’ll be sharing our 2026 session dates soon, and we’re excited to continue the group with lots of empowering and helpful topics planned.

Some of our residents have just finished their 4 week art therapy and what they created was amazing 😊.

These sessions, led by Pete are a recent addition to our timetable and every single one of them put their heart and soul into the sessions.

The creativity shown was amazing and this was such a healthy way to show how they are feeling, both presently and in their pasts, and helps them process the thoughts in their heads 💯.

We are so grateful to Carlton from Big C's Kitchen, who has donated an amazing £420 to our project.

Donations like this mean so much to us and it helps us keep doing what we are doing 😊.

Every penny will go back into supporting our residents and from the bottom of our hearts, we thank Carlton and Leanne so much for this amazing gesture and coming down to see us today.

We miss Callum Kinzett every single day and today is his birthday and we wish more than anything that we could celebrate alongside him.

Callum would have been 27 today, and his family are holding a celebration for him at Coventry Sphinx from 3pm today to share memories of our times with Callum ❤️.

Everyone is welcome and today is an opportunity to share, to honour his memory as he was so loved by so many 😊.

This morning we held our penultimate Dynamo Project Friends and Family Support Group for the year — and every chair in this room was taken 🙌 A full room, full of courage, honesty, and connection 🥰

We welcomed people attending for the very first time, alongside others who’ve been with us every step of the way since July. It’s a real privilege to hold this space, and the continued support for this group shows just how deeply needed it is in our community.

If you’ve been thinking about coming but haven’t found the strength yet — please know you’re not alone. There is no judgement here, only understanding, compassion, and people who truly get how hard it can be to love someone affected by addiction. You will be welcomed when you’re ready.

✨ What a week at Callum's Kabin! ✨

This week, the lads have truly embraced the power of mindfulness and well-being. We’ve had a fantastic time exploring different techniques to relax and reset.
Sessions included:
🧘‍♂️ Calming sound baths
🌌 Peaceful guided meditations
🎶 Learning how the simple act of humming can help with health and well-being!
They all did incredibly well and fully embraced every session with enthusiasm. So proud of the effort everyone put in!

Supporting someone with Addiction can be isolating and overwhelming, our Friends and Family Group is a safe place where you can connect with others who understand and can empathise with how you are feeling. This week we are reviewing all the topics we have covered in sessions so far.

The group is open to anyone (Aged 18+) who is struggling with a loved ones addiction - we really hope to see you there!

This time, it was James who enjoyed a beautiful breakfast alongside his support worker Andy 😊.

James not long celebrated 6 months sober, he is a great person and fully deserved his treat this morning.
