Happy birthday to our support worker Andy Brookes who celebrates turning 37 today 😀.

This man has worked incredibly hard since joining the team, he is such a kind, caring and compassionate person who goes above and beyond to support our residents ❤️.

We are so proud to have you as part of the team Andy, you have been an amazing addition and we hope you have the best birthday 🎂.

You are doing an amazing job, we love you mate, enjoy your day 😊.

We continue an amazing Friday, as we celebrate with Mike, who today is 3 months clean and sober..😊.

Mike is a friend and former resident of the project and left following over a year with us previously where he remained clean and decided it was time to leave.

He had worked so hard and he left with all our best wishes but sometimes, life can get on top of us and Mike found himself back in old behaviors.

However, he didn't exept that fate, he made the courageous and best decision, he came back, he decided it was time to get back to basics and go again 💯.

3 months later, he we are, he is now in a better place, amongst people who understand him and hes doing things differently.

Mike and his support worker Will have worked closely together and he is yet another example of who the project are, we are Dynamo...

What a great way to start a Friday as Kieran celebrates 60 days clean and sober 😊.

Kieran isnt new to us, he has been in twice previously and following good starts on both occasions, he found himself back where he started but on the plus side, he has always found a way back 💯.

This time round there has been the usual good start he makes, but there is something very different about Keran, more focus then ever before, more consistency and more vulnerability.

This lad is in recovery, he knows just being clean isnt enough, he needs to combine the work on himself alongside being clean and these past 60 days the huge difference in him shows the immense benefits when you combine the two.

Congratulations Mono, your a great lad, someone we all believe in, these past 60 days you have shown that you believe in you ❤️.

Huge congratulations John Alan Wilson on completing the Kenilworth half marathon 😊.

From where he was 8 months ago, to being able to run a half marathon is a miracle and testament to his hard work and focus to recover 💯.

What a guy......and a wonderful reflection on what recovery can bring 🙏.

This is Ben......and today he celebrates reaching 60 days clean and sober 😊.

We are so proud of him as he was been in and out of recovery for a while now, he has found it a stuggle which is expected but he now needs to focus on using past mistakes as the fuel to change and not repeat what hasn't served him well before.

There has been a difference in him these past 60 days, he is displaying more honesty and is challenging his own thinking and we are so pleased and there is definitely more humility within him so far 💯.

Congratulations Ben 🎊, its been a solid start, there is more to do and we move forward together ❤️.

We want to wish our resident John Alan Wilson the very best of luck today as he is participating in the Kenilworth half marathon this morning 😊.

John's story has been an amazing one to witness and the difference in him both physically and mentally is literally incredible.

John set a target of £100 and has already doubled that amount as he is raising funds and awareness around addiction and mental health 😊.

This Saturday Baylie and Helen will be looking at 'Self-Care', understanding what Self-Care is, explaining why it isn't selfish but actually essential and how to implement it into daily life. 💌

Our Friends and Family Group is a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space, where everyone is heard and understood. Whether you have been before of it's your first time, you'll be warmly welcomed 🙌

If you're affected by someone else's addiction, you don't have to face it alone - come and connect with others who understand.

Our brand new cabin is edging ever closer to finishing and without the support from so many, we would be further away....

We have now painted the inside and we want to say a huge thankyou to John Fitzharris from Supreme Finishes who donated the paint and who also helped with the painting 😊.

As always, thank you to David Andrew and thank you to our resident James who helped to finish the painting today.

Its going to be an amazing space, available to the community and we are looking forward to the grand opening and we are so grateful to liana from Brave Breathwork who will be helping us manage the cabin 🙌.

August was an incredible month for all involved at the project, with so many of our residents celebrating various cleantime milestones 😊.

James - 4 months
Archie 60 days

Amazing it is to see so many of our residents who all at one time or another could not stop using celebrating being clean and sober 😊.

Last month, the amazing Linda celebrating her birthday, we said goodbye to Mitchell, we had engagements to celebrate 🥳, we had our brand new signs from Moseley Signs.

Our cabin is coming along nicely, so grateful to James from The Framework Academy for the amazing work and our flooring was fitted, thank you so much to Dai Roberts for your amazing donation and doing the flooring for free and also thank you to Lewis, David Andrew and George from GDC Plumbing and Gas LTD

Our friends and family support groups have been working extremely well and the attendance to these sessions has been amazing.

Massive shout to Trish from Code 11 Holistics and Lianne from Brave Breathwork for all your hard work and also to O’Toole’s Cafe. For your amazing hospitality.

We played in our first football match, thank you to Sean and Stay Strong United CIC for making it happen.

This is what's possible in a month, we can recover from addiction issues and the support we offer is only possible due to the work the collective do together ❤️.
