In today's busy world, we often find ourselves thinking about the past and worrying about the future. But according to yoga, true happiness comes from living in the present moment. When we dwell on the past, we miss out on what's happening right now. And when we constantly worry about the future, we can't fully enjoy the present. Yoga teaches us to be mindful and focused on the here and now.

When we think about the past, we might feel nostalgic or regretful. But spending too much time thinking about the past stops us from experiencing the present fully. It's important to learn from the past but not let it overshadow the present moment.

Similarly, when we worry about the future, we miss out on the joy of the present. It's natural to plan for the future, but obsessing over it causes stress and anxiety. The future is uncertain, and by fixating on it, we miss the beauty and opportunities in front of us.

Yoga teaches us to shift our attention to the present moment. By practicing mindfulness, meditation, and yoga postures, we learn to quiet our minds and be fully present. Living in the present helps us appreciate the simple joys in life and be more aware of our surroundings.
