60-Day Nervous System Reset 💫☀️✨
Hey guys 💫❤️
Lately I’ve been asking myself a important question 🙋♀️
“Am I truly showing up for myself the way I encourage my clients to?
The answer, honestly, was no.
I’ve been feeling tired, sluggish, and overall low in energy. Ive realised my nervous system is overstimulated and under-nourished. So I’ve decided to do something about it.
✨ Starting Thursday, July 17th, I’m committing to a 60-Day Nervous System Challenge. ✨
This is a journey back to feeling grounded, energised, and secure and I’d love for you to join me.
💫 Here’s What I’m Committing to Daily:

📝 Start by writing down how you’re feeling.
You’ll come back to this reflection at the end of the 60 days.
1. Eat foods that feed the soul
Nourish your body with intention 🤩think colorful, whole, calming foods.
2. Drink water 💦
Hydration = regulation. Keep it simple, keep it flowing.
3. Limit caffeine and refined sugar
These can spike anxiety and drain the nervous system. Swap with gentle alternatives when possible.
4. Affirmations
Speak safety and strength into your system (see below for examples).
5. Journal your feelings
Even just a few sentences. Let it out. Let it move. Let it heal.
6. 20–30 minutes of gentle exercise
Movement calms the body and clears the mind. Think: stretching, walking, yoga, dancing 💫 whatever feels nourishing, not punishing.

Each breath I take anchors me in the present moment.
I am worthy of peace, protection, and stability.
I am surrounded by love, support, and guidance
You don’t need fancy tools. Just a pen, paper, and a willingness to change 💪💫☀️
