“How long will I need acupuncture for?”
It’s one of the most common questions I’m asked — and the honest answer is: it depends.
🌿 If your issue is recent or mild (like a new injury or tension headache), you might feel better after just a few sessions.
🌿 If you’re dealing with something more long-term — like menopause symptoms, chronic pain, anxiety, or fatigue — it usually takes longer. Most people start with 6–8 weekly sessions, then we review and adjust as needed.
🌿 Acupuncture works cumulatively, which means regular sessions at the beginning give your body the best chance to shift and heal.
The good news? Many people begin to feel small but powerful changes early on — like better sleep, more energy, or a calmer mind.
✨ And over time, those small shifts add up to real transformation.
You won’t be coming forever — but as your body rebalances, some people choose to continue with “top-up” sessions monthly or seasonally for ongoing wellness.
