Today we talked about time⏰️ organization and planning the day, the week and even our life.⏳️ It is not easy but you can use a lot of different techniques and methods to organize your life and everyday functioning🕰. It is certainly very helpful for people who have others under their care👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 and have to balance their life and the life of the other person👫. We came to the conclusion that probably the most beneficial technique and method is planning in small steps👞👞, setting yourself small tasks📝 , small goals but consistently and systematically apply in everyday life🎉. And certainly very important in this is 👊self-discipline which may sound serious but is also achievable🏅! Thank you very much for today's session🎈. In a week we will see each other again and we will have fun🎈🎉! simply have fun! with our passions our hobbies!🎨🧶🎮🧧 Everyone will bring with them what they like to do in their free time and we spend two hours in the company, relaxing with music and coffee. ☕️💙⚘️

Today I had the pleasure of introducing our new Operations Manager, Samantha Checklin to our group. I hope that both parties liked each other. I am counting on successful cooperation. Thank you very much to Samantha for wanting to be with us today. It was very nice, very encouraging for me and I think for the whole group. I encourage all our patients who are caregivers or know others who are non-earning caregivers to stay in touch with us and join us! I believe that time spent together, conversations, support, sometimes laughter and sometimes tears are very helpful and motivating. See you next week! 🌼😘

My team did not disappoint me! It was fun and calm. We are preparing for a sharp session next week when controversial issues will be discussed! What arouses the most emotions, disputes, indignation, misunderstanding? Is it only politics, money and power? I am very curious about this meeting! The last two sessions were devoted to books ! They were wonderful meetings. It turns out that Books were are and will survive with us forever ! They carry with them beautiful stories and many possibilities, and at the same time they are a great technique for developing our minds, they are an excellent brain exercise, they also work on our imagination and memory. Last week we talked about the differences between books and audiobooks, about what we read, why, what for, what does it give us. Today I am grateful to all our participants because everyone brought wonderful books, they showed off their passions, there are so many of them and such diverse topics that the topic seems endless. Once again, thank you for this session and I encourage and urge everyone to read books. I am attaching photos showing books, both very old and very modern, there is fiction , non fiction, biographies, hidtory and fantasy, in addition, we brought various types of bookmarks! Misha presented himself wonderfully, who, despite his serious vision defect, reads huge amounts of books, which is proof that nothing is impossible.
