Thank you so much to all the wonderful parents and babies that attended today's Halloween special baby class it was so much fun.
It was lovely to meet the new faces and so happy to welcome back some of the ladies from birthing classes and getting to meet your beautiful babies.

Baby classes will be kicking off with an extra special Halloween event blending together all the age groups from 0-2 years old

There will be a taster of the baby groups stating up the following week, Halloween/ Autumn themed photo back drop and props, Halloween based hand or foot print keepsake to take home.

I have got a wonderful venue The Grange in Balsall Common with onsite parking and even a lovely cafe attached that you can get a coffee and food from before or after the event.

Here to talk all things pregnancy, birth, infant feeding breast/chest feeding and babies.

This meet up is aimed at supporting one another parent to parent and providing a space for local families to connect.

I will be there along with my little 8 month old side kick we look forward to hopefully seeing you next week.

Following on from yesterday's post I wanted to share the TBRAIN tool which can help you in your decision making process this is something you can do or you can ask for input from others for example asking for additional information to answer the questions.

Remember you can and will make the best choices for you and your baby 💚

I am always on hand to help the families I support with getting access to any evidence based information they need whilst whole heartedly supporting them in their choices. Across pregnancy birth and parenting this affirmation can be one of the most valuable especially when just about everyone has an opinion or advice to share with you.

Trust that you can and will make the right choice for you and your baby.

Its been so lovely catching up with two of the mamas I've worked with this week. They let me know that by using the evidence based information and trusting their instincts they have felt confidant to make big choices.

From swapping a water birth to a C section for one mama and delaying introducing solids for the other they have been able to confidently make informed choices that are right for them and their babies.

It's always lovely hearing from the families I've worked with and getting updates on how their journeys are going, plus getting to see all the adorable baby pictures too!

I love getting to be a small part of the amazing journey into parenthood its such an honour to watch your families grow 💚

Coffee Morning for mums to be, mums of all feeding types and baby ages welcome.

This coffee morning is aimed at giving local mums a chance to meet up and talk all things pregnancy, infant/ breast/ chest feeding and babies.

I will be on hand to offer additional support along with my 5 month old side kick.

As a mum of two I don't always have time for the social media side of things, I spend a lot of time supporting mums to be and new parents via WhatsApp and in person. Plus all the other little tasks that pop up along the way, like this little bee who my eldest found half drowned that we then saved by drying out and releasing back to the wild.
I am very much like a bee and always busy so I'm not often posting but I am still working away in the back ground supporting parents.
