About the Partnership
The Independent Pharmacy Contractors Network (IPCN) is a cooperative of over 460 independent pharmacy owners, representing around 2,000 NHS contracts across England.
We’re delighted to be partnering with Healthcare Plus Consulting.
They bring expertise and experience in pharmacy business strategy, particularly in areas such as Pharmacy regulatory matters, Pharmacy Sales, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and operational improvement. For our members, this means they will now have access to a trusted partner who understands the independent sector and can guide them through key stages of their business journey.
What made this partnership feel like a natural fit is that both IPCN and Healthcare Plus believe in supporting independents at grassroots level. We share the same vision: that independents should not only have a seat at the table, but also have the resources and knowledge to compete, innovate, and succeed. Together, we complement each other, IPCN provides the collective strength and networking platform, while Healthcare Plus brings tailored, strategic business expertise.
Looking forward, members can expect exclusive content, workshops, and one-to-one opportunities with Healthcare Plus through IPCN. We’re planning sessions around business improvement, preparing for sale, and maximising private services, which will be announced in the coming months. You’ll see the partnership showcased at events such as the Pharmacy Show and in upcoming IPCN member communications.
