Welcome to my therapeutic service,

Hi, my name is Sandra Retmanski I am a qualified psychotherapist (Person Centred). I currently work for the NHS Trust. I have many years of experience as a psychotherapist working with depression and anxiety with children and adults. I understand that when it comes to considering counselling it can be daunting, but it can also be life-changing.

As a psychotherapist, I truly believe that you are the expert in what is best for you and I can support you in the changes that you wish to make in your life. Sometimes accepting that we need help is the first step of the journey to clarity, especially when you have been bottling things up for a long time, it also helps to consider your self-compassion and well-being to start on the road to recovery.

I can provide therapy in Portuguese for those who require it.
