Ask for a referral to an ENT Smell clinic I went to Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals in London.
Ask about Glialia (pea-lut) it's a supplement so its not on pescription and it's not cheap, you'll need to order it online, I bought mine direct from an Italian Pharmacy, there is a clinic in the UK selling it too.
Studies show it works only in conjunction with Smell training.
If you, like I have gone a long time without Smell, or phantom smells, or distorted smells this might help.

I have also been using Dymista on pescription and a Vitamin A nasal spray

Today I smelt curry for the first time in 2 and a half years. I'd had one dose of Pea-lut 10ml, it's either physiological or it really works.
