We want to share a truly heartwarming moment 💜

Our wonderful Care Professionals Jean and Marie went above and beyond to create a special pamper session organised by our lovely Deputy Manager, Lynne, for one of our lovely clients, Mary.

From the moment it began, it was all about helping Mary relax, feel valued, and enjoy a little well-deserved “me time.”

They prepared heated, fragranced towels, played music chosen by Mary herself, and created a calm, soothing atmosphere just for her. To make it even more special, Lynne brought along some delicious cupcakes for Mary to enjoy during her pamper session 🧁

Mary absolutely loved the experience, and seeing her smile reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

It’s the small, thoughtful acts of kindness that make the biggest difference 💕
