And ‘Lasting Effects Therapy’ was born ✨

Those of you who know me, will know I mean it when I say that my business is everything to me.
This last year has honestly been probably the most challenging one for me. I lost my identity, I lost my drive and I was unsure of what was next for me. I felt stuck in the same pattern, same routine and no new vision.

I’m never done, I’m always striving for more so being in that rut of self doubt and disbelief wasn’t something I was used to. So I said to myself… let’s turn this around! You can do this!

So I did… the last few months have been chaos to say the least but I’ve finally found my vision. I’ve found my purpose and I’ve finally found what’s next!

LASTING EFFECTS 💚

I’m so excited to share with you all this next venture and honestly I’m just so proud of myself. I’ve had to dig deep this year but all I can say is every single one of you amazing people have help to get me through it!
I wouldn’t be able to do what I love the most if it wasn’t for you!

I’m so excited to be going back to Singapore with the mens A team!

With saying this, it means I will be away from work for a little while! I’ve opened my books up between Christmas and new years to try and accommodate as many of you as possible!

Wow wow wow…

Where do I even start.

Since the day I joined I knew it was going to be something special. Watching this group of boys, week in and week out, grow on and off court has just be surreal.

I feel so privileged to have been apart of hosting Australia 🇦🇺 for the first test series for our trailblazers on home soil!

The goals were met, the growth is unreal and we are forever progressing into something beautiful! I cannot wait to see where this crazy journey takes the boys and let’s keep pushing to put men’s netball on the map 🔥🔥

Well… where do I ever start.

A year ago I made the bold decision to leave the company I had been at for 3 years and go on my own.

I became fully self employed after just 2 years from leaving university, which honestly just baffles me looking back at it.

If you had told me 4 years after finishing university, I’d have my OWN business, that is constantly growing with new clients, new ideas and a whole lot of love and support I would never have believed you.

I’m honestly so grateful in each step of my life that has got me to this current point. Don’t get me wrong, this ship hasn’t been plain sailing but I wouldn’t have changed it for the world.

I constantly forget where I came from, my dreams after university and the fact I have achieved so much in a short time is absolutely crazy! I get to travel the world with work which I would have never thought was in reach! But guess what… NOTHING IS EVER IMPOSSIBLE!
