Remember during lockdown when all the restaurants were closed and all the recipe books were being shared on what’s app!! We all started experimenting cooking our favourite restaurant dishes…well this broccoli salad was the first thing I tried from .
All the different flavours explode in your mouth…it’s sweet, it’s tangy, it has a kick, it’s soft, it’s got a crunch and most importantly full of all the colours of the rainbow and super gut friendly
This is my take; adapted slightly to our taste but give it a go and let me know what you think
