This is our take on a Christmas tree. We did have an actual Christmas tree but it turns out our dog is very much allergic to it and couldn't breathe properly whilst it was in the house so it (the tree) got hoofed outside. This is its replacement ... our bay tree.
Ironically, positioned in the bay window. 🎄🌱

What a wonderful evening I have had.
It was a pleasure to have been able to hold two soundbaths for a local Scouts group. All the children loved it, some even had a teeny sleep. It is so rewarding to see people completely at ease and relaxed when I am playing the instruments. Honestly, it makes my heart do a little sing and dance when people feel comfortable enough to be able to let their guard down and nod off.

🧙 Just a heads up.... tickets are on sale for next years festival.
🧙‍♂️ I will be there for the 3rd year running offering mini gong or singing bowl experiences.
🧙‍♀️ There's plenty to see and do... workshops (pre-booked) woodland walks, sooooo many stalls, a main arena, viking village, viking feast and a witches ball.

Hello there, are your staff in need of a well-being day?
You maynot know but I am available to hire for soundbath sessions within schools, workplaces or other events such as pamper parties.
All I require is a big enough room for my equipment (bear in mind one of my gongs is a huge 38") and space for recipients to sit or preferably lay down.
I have 15 mats you can borrow, just aquire your own pillows and blankets, get comfy and leave the rest to me.
Let the sounds of the gongs, himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and shamanic drum wisk you away on a magical journey of sound.

I cover Coventry and the surrounding areas, I am fully insured, qualified and DBS checked.
Prices vary and are on an individual booking basis.

I hold weekly soundbaths for children at a local SEN school, I absolutely love being able to offer the sounds to them all (and the teachers whom count down the days until its their classes session)
It is so lovely to see them make a beeline for their favourite beanbags, kick their shoes off and get comfy with blankets. Today must have been extra relaxing as we had a few children nod off to sleep. I love seeing their reactions to the different sounds or just seeing them feel safe enough to just let go and totally relax.
Blinds are being put up in my room over half term so it will become even more magical, the children love watching the stars and swirling lights whilst listening to the sounds of the instruments.

🌟💜🌠 Appologies to all my group soundbathers as it has been a while since the last session. I have things happening in my life at the moment to which my head needs a little time to unscramble and settle.
