「喉嚨痛得要死🔥](痛喺邊,其實有原因🧐)

喉嚨痛得要死,全沒有心機,卡拉今晚不 ok~
年近歲晚,又到不斷約親朋戚友食團年飯嘅時候——
雞煲、盆菜、韓燒🇰🇷、打邊爐輪住嚟,食完之後再唱 K🎤、打牌、吹水,當然極之暢快。
殊不知,最先頂唔順嘅,往往唔係個胃,而係個喉嚨。
喉嚨痛起上嚟,連吞口水都覺得折磨。靠一粒「阿士匹靈💊」就搞得掂?
若不應清成因,我諗搵「陳醫生🧑🏻‍⚕️」都未必幫到你手。

中醫睇喉嚨痛,從來唔係一句「熱氣🔥」就算。因為喉嚨係多條經絡交匯之處,痛喺邊,本身已經提醒你邊一個系統出問題。

1.喉嚨前方紅腫、吞嚥刺痛

多屬肺經、胃經之熱。
外感風熱或風寒日久郁而化火,又或者內傷
🍖 暴飲暴食、🍶酒肉過多、煎炸辣物積聚,熱氣循胃經上衝,最終「燒」到喉嚨。
呢類朋友通常伴有口乾、口苦,大便偏乾,甚至便秘嘅情況。

自救方法:短期可用百合、淡竹葉清一清~

2.喉嚨兩側痛,痛勢甚至連到耳、下顎

多與肝、膽經有關。
外感日久傳至「半表半裡」,病邪侵襲少陽經絡系統、導致正邪相博而見喉側腫痛。
又或者因情緒緊張、壓力大、💢敢怒不敢言、氣鬱化火,此情況痛勢未必好猛,但容易反覆。

自救方法:煲雞骨草及夏枯草幫到手!

3.喉嚨後方乾痛、有異物卡住感

多見於肝腎陰者。
長期夜瞓🫩、講嘢,用聲過度,津液上潤不足。喉嚨表面看未必好紅,但通常會愈夜愈乾。

自救方法:重點係滋潤,石斛、生地黃最合適

中醫處理喉嚨痛,重點從來唔係「止痛」,搞清楚成因先最重要。祝大家團年飯食得開心😋,卡拉OK唱得暢快!

In TCM, a sore throat is not just caused by the pathogens.
Where it hurts already tells you which system is out of balance.

1) Front of throat: red, swollen, sharp pain when swallowing
Usually related to Lung & Stomach heat.
Overeating, alcohol, fried or spicy food → heat rises upward.
Often with dry mouth, bitter taste, dry stool or constipation.

2) Both sides of throat, pain to ear or jaw
Often Liver & Gallbladder.
Stress, suppressed anger → qi stagnates, turns into heat.
Pain may be mild but keeps coming back.

3) Back of throat: dry pain, lump/foreign body feeling
Common in yin deficiency (Kidney).
Late nights, over-talking, long-term voice use → fluids depleted.
Not very red, but gets drier at night.

TCM doesn’t just stop pain — it treats the cause.

【牙肉腫痛唔一定係熱氣🧐?】

唔知大家有冇試過牙肉發炎腫痛、甚至流牙血。好多時都係發生喺食咗熱氣野之後,但有陣時明明都冇食燥熱嘢,但仍然會發生?等我哋一齊睇吓其原因何在。

上牙肉腫痛🦷😫

多數同「胃火🔥」有關,常見於過食辛辣煎炸食物之後。由於胃經循行於上齒齦、過多的「火氣會循經絡往上衝」而出現胃火牙肉腫痛的情況。

下牙肉腫痛🦷😫

1.若然牙肉脹痛來得勢急、並伴隨便秘、小便黃,多屬於大腸實熱,同樣道理 由於大腸經循行於下齒齦,熱毒積聚往上衝而發生。

2.但如果明明無便秘💩問題,飲食方面亦清淡刻制,卻依然出現下牙肉腫痛,而此痛勢綿綿反覆發作,則多同腎陰不足、虛火上炎有關。

上下牙肉同時不適?

當然首先考慮飲食影響導致火氣偏盛,但不能排除實火與虛火夾雜的情況!

🌱 有咩自救方法?
喺症狀未嚴重之前,可先從生活入手。短期內避免辛辣、酒精🍺❌、夜瞓,已經可以幫到手。
中草藥方面,偏紅腫熱痛者,可選擇飲用菊花、金銀花、夏枯草幫身體降一降火;反覆下牙肉腫的朋友們,則應更著重養陰生津,如服用生地黃等。

穴位調理:
平日可輕按合谷、內庭、太溪等穴位,每次以微酸脹感為度,幫助經絡流通、平衡火氣。

中醫睇牙肉腫痛,唔只係止痛,而係透過位置、痛勢及其情況,了解身體需要去作出調整。

Why do Gums Swell and Hurt?

Have you ever had swollen, painful gums, or even bleeding? It often happens after eating “heaty” foods, but sometimes it appears even when your diet is light. In Chinese medicine, the cause depends on the location and nature of the pain.

Upper gum swelling
This is commonly linked to stomach heat, often after spicy, fried, or greasy foods. The stomach meridian runs to the upper gums, so excess heat can rise upward and cause swelling and pain.

Lower gum swelling

1. If the pain comes on suddenly and is severe, with constipation or dark urine, it is usually excess heat in the large intestine, as this meridian connects to the lower gums.

2. If there is no constipation and the diet is already mild, but the pain keeps recurring and feels dull or lingering, it is more likely due to kidney yin deficiency, where “empty heat” rises upward.

Both upper and lower gums affected?
Dietary heat is a common cause, but it may also be a mix of excess heat and deficiency heat.

🌱 What can you do?
Before symptoms get serious, adjust your lifestyle: avoid spicy food, alcohol, and late nights.
For red, swollen, hot pain, teas like chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, or self-heal (Xia Ku Cao) may help clear heat.
For recurring lower gum problems, focus more on nourishing yin, such as with raw rehmannia (Sheng Di Huang).

Acupressure:
Gently press Hegu (LI4), Neiting (ST44), and Taixi (KI3) until you feel mild soreness to help balance internal heat.

In TCM, gum pain is not just about pain relief—it’s a sign of what your body needs to rebalance.

[中醫角度點睇健身奶粉?飲多咗有冇副作用?]💪🥤

隨着健身文化越嚟越流行,有人會白烚鷄胸以補充蛋白質,亦有不少朋友選擇protein shake 作為額外補給。不過原來真係未必人人都啱飲~🤔

健身奶粉屬於高濃縮、高蛋白,纖維低的食物(飲品)。若然本身脾虛,消化功能較差,飲用「大隻佬奶粉」後未能把其轉化為氣血。過多未能分解的蛋白質反而會在於體內積聚腐壞,形成食積、濕熱或內滯等問題。

臨床上會有咩唔舒服?

由於protein shake 蛋白質多、纖維少,加上腸道水分被吸走,最易出現腸燥便秘嘅問題。若其熱毒、沼氣上蒸於面,面部胃膽經位置出現生暗瘡嘅情況 😖

有人飲完反而會攰咗?😴
而最忌嘅係,飲用健身奶粉之後,運動量卻不足,變相加重脾胃負擔,令血流過多流向消化道、造成腦部暫時氣血不足,出現昏昏欲睡的情況。呢類疲倦,並非真正『能量不足』,而係脾胃過勞、氣血分配失衡所致。

所以飲用健身奶粉唔同Popeye食大力菜 🥬確保一定會變大隻。建議大家先認清自己體質
調理好脾胃,以及請教專業人士調節好運動量及飲用方法,健身增肌此事方能事半功倍!💪🏻✨

Protein shakes are high-protein and low-fiber. If your digestion is weak, the body may struggle to turn protein into energy and blood. Excess intake can lead to food stagnation, damp-heat, constipation, and even acne 😖.

Some people feel more tired after drinking protein shakes 😴—often because intake is high but exercise is insufficient. This overworks digestion, causing temporary imbalance in energy and blood flow.

大寒

「任面前時代再低氣溫,
多麼的慶幸 長夜無需一個人」

此時最冷嘅時候已經過咗一半,人體嘅陽氣開始蠢蠢欲動,但外在氣候仍然寒冷,未至於真正回暖。故此亦係最易掉以輕心受風寒之時!

呢個階段,如果養得好,身體自然會健康順𣈱。
如果養得唔好,關節痛、腸胃等問題就會一路延續至春天。

大寒節氣關鍵臟腑始終在脾腎。
腎主藏精、主禦寒,脾主運化,畏寒濕!
原則在於:守、暖、藏

宜:

1.護陽而唔躁

衣著要暖,尤其腰、頸、膝、腳踝
食物要溫:粥、湯、炆煮
重點:暖而不燥、補而不猛

2.早睡,減少夜耗

中醫講「冬三月,早臥晚起」。夜晚捱夜 會耗損腎陽

3.溫熱入下

浸腳(熱水 + 肉桂/ 艾葉)
熱水浴後即刻保暖
避免腳底受涼
腳暖,內臟先有力回暖



1.以為春天快到就放鬆

一時疏忽着少咗衫就好易凍親。
「就嚟暖啦」係最危險嘅諗法。

2.外出不添衣,入內不脫外套

「忽冷忽熱」最易引致:
頸肩痛、鼻敏感、腸胃不適、反覆感冒。

3.假性取暖

酒精、甜食或辛辣過度,屬「表熱」,實際耗陽傷身。

總結:大寒係二十四節氣收尾位,養得好,春天自然順。

可樂可解 MSG「中毒」?

食完重味精食物,好多時都第一時間拎起可樂,覺得「爽返哂」
但問題係——可樂真係解到 MSG 嗎?

答案係否定的,正如片中所提及,MSG(味精)本質係一種含鈉嘅增味物。當攝取過量,身體最常出現嘅並唔係「中毒」,而係鈉過高、鉀不足所引起嘅失衡反應。

常見情況包括:
口渴不解、喉嚨乾、頭重、輕微頭痛、心口翳悶、手腳乏力、易攰等。極少數患者會出現呼吸困難的情況。

出現呢啲反應,與其話係 MSG 問題,不如話係電解質失衡或中醫所講嘅津液被耗。

點解飲可樂會令人覺得舒服啲?

主要原因係 甜味、氣泡同咖啡因,暫時刺激神經,掩蓋不適感,但並無真正調整體內鉀納平衡。

真正幫到助嘅,其實都係補充水份同增鉀以幫助體內電解質平衡。

清水可以稀釋體內過多嘅鈉,
而含鉀嘅電解質飲品(如寶礦力),亦有助身體調節內環境。
不過都要留意嘅係,寶礦力本身亦含鈉同糖,少量或稀釋飲用就已足夠,過量反而會引致反效果。

中醫角度亦認為,重味之品易耗津、生內熱,應以生津、清淡為原則。

總結一句:
可樂只能過口癮,
真正解 MSG 過量反應嘅,始終係水,同盡可能提前控制,避免過量食用。

【脅痛】

喺排除了外傷嘅情況下,內傷脅痛多與肝膽有關,亦可涉及脾、肺。

肺胃主降濁氣於右側

痛感固定,如針刺般,常見於單側脅肋,以左側較多。

3.鈍悶痛

多與氣血不足或肝血虧虛有關,脅絡失養,痛勢隱隱。
常見於雙側同時出現,疲倦或休息不足時加重。

自救方法

穴位
太衝、期門 —— 疏肝理氣、減輕脅肋脹痛
陽陵泉 —— 利膽通絡、舒緩側肋不適

👉 每穴按揉 1–2 分鐘,至微痠脹感即可

茶飲 🍵
🌹 玫瑰花+陳皮 —— 疏肝解鬱、行氣止脹
>脹悶明顯者可加少量 佛手

脅痛未必係「小問題」,
痛感+位置,往往已反映身體失衡方向。
及早留意、適當調理,可防患於未然 🌿
如疼痛反覆或持續加重,建議及早求醫,對症處理先至長遠 🩺✨

Self-care

👐 Acupressure:
Taichong, Qimen, Yanglingquan – press 1–2 minutes each

🍵 Herbal tea:
Rose + aged tangerine peel for stress-related bloating

Rib pain is not always minor.

[補吓你個身] 乜嘢係「寒冷傷害」? - 趙大夫

天寒地凍,多咗人出現以下症狀:
手腳冰冷、關節痠痛、僵硬、腰痛、經痛、腹瀉及生凍瘡等。呢啲,其實都可能同「寒冷傷害」有關。

喺現代醫學角度,當身體長時間受寒,低溫會令血管收縮,從而導致血液循環變差,出現組織缺氧,肌肉、關節、神經功能受影響

所以會出現:
• 凍傷、低體溫
• 關節痛加重
• 心血管負擔增加

其核心問題源於血流不足!

中醫又點睇?

寒屬外邪六淫之一,寒邪嘅特點有:
1.收引性:令肌肉、筋絡收引→出現痛緊僵等情況
2.凝滯性:氣血運行變慢
→ 痛症「遇寒加重,得溫則減」
3.耗損陽氣:陽氣不足
→ 怕冷、易攰、手腳冰冷

中醫有咩可以幫到手?

艾灸:艾草為純陽之物,燒艾有溫通經絡、驅寒的作用,舒緩痛症、痛經、脾胃虛寒等問題

浸腳:以45度左右熱水加入肉桂粉浸 15分鐘
能溫腎助陽、幫助血液循環,並放鬆神經、改變睡眠質素。

浸熱水浴:令血管擴張 、放鬆肌肉、幫身體「驅寒」。

⚠️ 有高血壓、心臟病人士浸浴不宜過胸口心臟位置 ,亦不宜浸腳,以免增加心臟負擔!

曬太陽:籍中午時間、於室內背對太陽曬背脊(不用脫衣)15-20分鐘以助長陽氣。

總括嚟講,寒冷傷害唔係小事,關鍵在於「寒令血行慢、痛症就出現」。

趁冬天好好保暖、溫養陽氣,等身體暖返,痛自然少啲、精神都會好啲。

In cold weather, symptoms like cold hands and feet, joint pain, stiffness, lower back pain, period pain, diarrhoea, or chilblains become more common. These may all be related to cold-related injury.

From a modern medical view, prolonged cold exposure causes blood vessels to constrict, reducing blood circulation and oxygen supply. This affects muscles, joints and nerves, leading to frostbite, worsening joint pain and increased strain on the heart.
👉 The core problem is poor blood flow.

From a Chinese medicine perspective, cold is an external pathogen. It causes contraction and stagnation, slows qi and blood circulation, and consumes yang energy. This explains why pain worsens in the cold and improves with warmth, and why people feel tired and cold easily.

How Chinese medicine helps:
Moxibustion warms the meridians and dispels cold.
Warm foot soaks (about 45°C) improve circulation and relax the body.
Warm baths help muscles relax and drive out cold (heart patients should avoid soaking above the chest).
Gentle sun exposure on the back at midday supports yang energy.

In short: keep warm, support circulation, and nourish yang energy—when the body is warm, pain naturally eases.

定係傳說中嘅 曼德拉效應?
又或者……自己真係開始老、無記性?😅

喺中醫角度,呢類「記錯、諗唔起」嘅情況,未必單純同年紀有關,「腎藏志」先至係關鍵。

中醫講五臟各有所主,腎所藏嘅「志」,除咗意志力,亦包括
記憶力、專注力及持久力。

📖《內經》有云:
「腎精生髓,腦為髓海」
意思係:腎精充足,腦先有足夠養分去正常運作;一旦腎精不足,腦髓失養,就容易出現
善忘、反應慢、無記性

於是就會出現「記錯歌詞」、「講到一半,突然唔知自己想講咩」呢啲情況。

臨床上,呢類朋友通常唔止記性差,仲可能伴隨:
😴 容易攰
😤 做事難堅持、冇耐性
🦵 腰膝痠軟
👂 耳鳴
🌙 而最常見嘅,就係瞓得唔好

中醫認為,睡眠質素對腎精、腎氣修復非常重要。
如果長期夜瞓、淺眠易醒、多夢,腎氣回復唔好,記憶力自然會受影響。

🔬 從現代醫學角度睇,睡眠同記憶同樣密不可分。
深層睡眠期間,大腦會整理同鞏固日間接收嘅資訊;
長期壓力大、熬夜,會影響壓力荷爾蒙分泌,干擾記憶中樞功能。

所以,中醫講「腎藏志」,未必一定靠食補;
📌 調整作息、早啲瞓、瞓得好,往往比乜都重要。

我有時會咁諗 ,英國教育之所以成功,會唔會其實因為夜晚真係冇乜好做?
小朋友早訓、有充足睡眠,讀書學嘢自然比較「入腦」😄💤

So when we talk about “nourishing the Kidneys,” it’s not just about supplements.
📌 Healthy routines and quality sleep matter most.

無錯,喺中醫角度,「痛」正正係身體用感覺提醒你,內部氣血其實一早失衡。

對於坐骨神經痛的問題,今日唔喺度多講。我反而想同大家分享一下究竟「酸、麻、脹、痛」四感覺,喺中醫角度分別代表嘅啲咩?

「酸」:氣血虛,以血虛為主。

成日覺得腰痠、腳痠、行一陣就攰?
身體氣血不足以滋養肌肉筋腱,尤以血虛為主。

常見於:長期捱夜、過勞、久病、產後女性

「麻」:氣血運行受阻,以氣虛無力推動為主

手腳麻痺、坐耐咗感覺「我的雙腿不是我的」?

常見於:久坐少動、頸肩腰椎問題、早期神經壓迫

「脹」:氣滯不通

感覺「谷住、頂住」,中醫認為脹為氣滯郁住的表現,血液流動亦跟住變慢

常見於:情緒壓力大、長期鬱悶

「痛」:不通則痛,氣血滯塞

刺痛、抽痛、定點痛,甚至夜晚痛醒。此時,氣血瘀阻已經比較嚴重
好多坐骨神經痛、關節痛,都屬於呢一類

☘️記得要做嘅,並唔係單純止痛
好似火警警鐘一樣,撳停咗個警報,並唔代表問題唔存在。中醫講求治病求本,搵出根源對症下藥、予以中藥處方或針灸推拿等手法治療先係最佳應對方法!

Do Different Types of Pain Mean Different Problems?

Recently, the news mentioned that J.Lee is suffering from sciatic pain, affecting his daily work.
From a TCM perspective, pain is a signal that qi and blood are out of balance.

Instead of focusing on sciatica itself, let’s look at what these four common sensations mean in TCM: soreness, numbness, tightness, and pain.

Soreness – Qi and blood deficiency

Often linked to blood deficiency.
Common signs include sore back or legs and easy fatigue.
Seen in overwork, lack of sleep, long-term illness, and postnatal recovery.

Numbness – Poor circulation

Usually due to weak qi failing to move blood properly.
Common in people who sit too long or have neck and lower back issues.

Tightness – Qi stagnation

A feeling of pressure or fullness.
Often related to stress or long-term emotional tension.

Pain – Blockage of qi and blood

Sharp or fixed pain, sometimes worse at night.
Many cases of sciatica and joint pain fall into this category.

☘️ TCM focuses on treating the root cause, not just relieving pain.
By restoring the flow of qi and blood through herbal medicine, acupuncture, or manual therapy, the body can truly heal.

小寒

今日喺英國有幾凍,大家都感受到。
雖名為小寒、但於高緯度北方地區此時的天氣往往比兩周之後的大寒更凍,大家必需注意保暖,千萬不可掉以輕心。

出室外時要盡快添衣(特別係頸同腰部)

小寒要「藏中有動」,每日拉筋,哂太陽20分鐘,防寒濕困身同情緒低落。



室內暖氣過熱但著短袖,令毛孔被焗開,身體核心其實未暖,一轉冷就易入寒、傷陽氣

長時間坐喺暖氣出風位,易致乾熱直風吹頸背,屬「賊風」,引起頭痛、肩頸痛、乾咳等情況
