Three studies add weight to growing evidence that physical activity can help patients who have the disease

Good morning Ray, hoping you are well. I'm E, that came for the Thai massage 21/1. Just to say another thank you. I slept fantastically that night and felt rested in the morning (which is rare for me). I also notice that something has shifted relating to my left hip, remember I mentioned numbness in the leg and aches if I leant on it or carried a heavy weight?..we'll that has gone πŸ™. The breathing continues to a be a revelation and I am enjoying it throughout the day (if you know what I mean). Stiffness and discomfort in the shoulders and neck are still present, although not as uncomfortable. And I am increasingly conscious of my tensing and try to relax.

The Barefoot Healer Coventry

8 years ago i returned to yoga and a regular practise. This time i decided on recomendation to try Ashtanga Yoga, a dynamic yoga practise linking movement a breath β€œVinyasa Yoga” i practise Ashtanga now two to three times a week. I like to teach rather than just lead a class but always try to make classes fun and explorative. I have a understanding of many styles of yoga including, Hatha, Rocket, Dharma, Jivan muhkti, and thank the many teachers and the quality of thier teachings /workshops that have lit the fire that burns so bright within me today.

I enjoy working with all age groups and have a keen interest in teaching beginners, including older groups with little or no experience.

Thai Yoga Massage with Ray

Thai Massage with Ray, and i have had an interest in eastern healing arts for many years, my first encounter being with acupuncture for a neck injury in 1988, I was amazed at the result, virtually pain free after the first session, I was convinced Immediately. Some years ago my father in law moved to Thailand and I had the opportunity to visit, whilst there I spent two or three afternoons a week having Thai massage I felt amazing, I realised that this type of massage was far deeper and much more relaxing than any other massage I’ve ever had, I was hooked, and also very sad that I was returning home. Holiday over and memories of Thailand quickly faded, it was a year or two later that I had the Opportunity to gain my Diploma in Thai yoga massage, I now have the pleasure to offer this very special and spiritual therapy. "Practise not doing and everything will fall into place"
