I'm really pleased to be joining the team of consultants and GPs there as clinical hypnotherapist. This amazing clinic near central Solihull with easy access and private parking has an array of specialists and up to the minute medical services.

I've had a good rummage through my essential oils today with the seasons changing.... jiggled it round a bit and put together a couple of rollerball blends.... perfect to pop into the pocket, in your bag, or under your pillow....

I currently have good old lavender 💐, or for those suffering from colds and congestion how about Douglas fir with sweet orange 🍊..

These are so cute, come in a little bag and are only £5 each. Perfect for a self treat or as a stocking filler x

Happy New Scorpio Moon everyone! I

In-between clients and a zoom meeting with other therapists I've made some lavender yoga/eye pillows .

Joyful to advise the lavender is home grown in our garden. All pillows blessed with reiki energy!

How fabulous is that? £10 each collected or can be posted at cost.

Several more to make, but stocks are limited....

Still in the design stage. My gift boxes.. it's that time of year.. Each one comes gift wrapped... and with a gift tag!!!

This one is all about the sleep

Himalayan foot soak, 50ml massage blend, lavender eye pillow, 2 herbal teas, dalmatian jasper... All thoughtfully put together for a fabulous night's sleep 😴

What's not to love? Lots more coming.. I doubt any two will be the same!

So today I did some grounding at The National Stone Centre in Matlock with my fabulous daughter Chelsey Fray Reiki & Healing Therapy .

This involved purchasing some fabulous crystals to add to our collections for use in treatments..... Putting the world to rights..

Oh and lunch 😋..

I'm feeling very grateful to have a daughter who's in my tribe... we share the same happy place....

Why not find yours with a treatment with either myself in Corley Moor or Chelsey in Middleton...
