Hello, I'd like to share this community based organisation formed to help women in Coventry to access support in their Perimenopause & Menopause Journey - feel free to give it a follow. We also have a closed private community group for women only if you would like to join just drop TCMP a message.

Ladies of Coventry - have you been struggling with Perimenopause / Menopause care? Are you struggling with symptoms that you believe could be Peri/menopause related?

Honestly, the answer is probably not

But that doesn’t mean to say you won’t feel energised, motivated, creative, fit and healthy again ……it’s just going to look and feel a little different 💖

Nothing stays the same. Not when you’re a human being. Every second of every day we are changing (especially as women)

Ask yourself did you feel at 25 the same way you did at 15?

We can’t run away from getting older. Not on the inside anyway 😉

Embracing the change and altering your life in order to adapt is the only way to stay sane!

And the sooner you are able to do this, the sooner that brand new confidence, wisdom, and energy will start to shine through ✨

Things are never as bad as we think they are. Transition is hard. But we can DO hard well 💪🏽
