No app. No quiz. No list of “must-haves. "Finding ‘the one’ isn’t that simple.

It’s about how they make you feel most of the time…Safe, seen, respected, and supported.

It’s about patterns, not perfection. Do they communicate honestly? Do they keep promises?

It’s about how you grow together. Do you challenge and lift each other, or hold each other back?

There’s no single test. There’s reflection, intuition, and sometimes support.

“The one” is who consistently shows up with respect and care — not fireworks or Instagram-perfect moments.

Romance isn’t a quiz, and relationships aren’t a checklist.
Look for consistency, respect, trust, and growth — not just excitement.
💬 What does “the one” really mean to you?

Your child is watching how you argue.
They learn:
How to disagree.
How to repair.
How to treat others.

Model what you hope they’ll choose later.

Mother’s Day can mean different things to different people.

For some, it’s a joyful day of celebration, gratitude, and flowers.
For others, it may carry grief, longing, complicated relationships, or quiet reflection.

Maybe you’re celebrating a wonderful mum.
Maybe you’re missing one.
Maybe you’re a mum who is exhausted, doing your best, and hoping you’re getting it right.
Maybe today reminds you of a relationship that’s strained, distant, or painful.

However this day feels for you — your experience is valid.

At Relationships CW, we recognise that families and relationships are complex, and it’s okay if today holds more than just celebration. If you need space to talk, reflect, or process, support is here.

Be gentle with yourself today. 🤍

When women are supported, heard, and respected — everyone benefits.

isn’t just a hashtag.
It’s a reminder that when we:

💚 Give respect
💚 Give opportunity
💚 Give safety
💚 Give equal voice

We gain stronger families, healthier relationships, and more resilient communities.

Healthy relationships are built on equality — not control.
On partnership — not power imbalance.

Today we celebrate women’s strength, leadership, and impact — and reaffirm our commitment to relationships rooted in respect.

Before you swipe or scroll, ask yourself:
💭 Why do I feel the need to check?
💭 Am I looking for reassurance… or proof?
💭 What am I avoiding in our relationship?

Trust isn’t built in secrecy — it’s built in conversation.

💬 Tip: Take a breath, step back, and talk instead. A quick conversation can do more than a thousand swipes.

Perfection isn’t the goal.

It’s the daily choices that matter —
✔ Choosing to listen
✔ Choosing to apologise
✔ Choosing to show up
✔ Choosing respect

Healthy relationships are built through small, intentional actions over time — not grand gestures or flawless moments.

What’s one intentional choice you can make in your relationship this week? 💬

Relationships aren’t perfect — but they should feel supportive, not shrinking.

If you’re unsure, that’s okay. Clarity often starts with asking the question.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. Support and reflection can help you make sense of how you’re feeling.
