Donna from Inner Youth Yoga is an experienced Hatha yoga instructor, gong and sound healer and pranayama teacher.

She is joining us to teach Hatha on Tuesday mornings 10.00-11.00am and a sound and meditation session once a month on a Saturday evening 6.00-8.00pm.
