Choosing snippets from last years 200hr TT course to illustrate what my classes are like! Lots of slow unwinding movements, designed to ease tension, create more fluid movement and open up ALL the tight spaces. A practice that involves the whole body (yes, even the ears …)

NB. Editing down slightly-longer-than-3-min videos on here is frying my brain. Yes, I’ve asked the internet. No, I do not understand. Maybe assembling one complex flat pack and attempting to master bouldering in one session is enough learning for one week … would happily take instruction from a human 🙏
