Valentine’s Day isn’t just about romance. It’s about the people who hold you up when you’re at your lowest. The ones who stay when things get hard. The ones who see you at your worst and choose you anyway.

For me, that’s my family. Love that’s steady, patient, and unconditional. Love that carried me through pain, recovery, and everything in between.

I wouldn’t be here without it.
