Have you tried Archie’s Super Spotter yet? 🎮

It’s our new digital game designed to help keep children occupied during treatment at home.

With simple screens for younger children and faster challenges for older ones, it’s a fun way to keep little ones engaged during clinical visits.

A small digital distraction tool created to make treatment time feel a little easier for children and families - https://lloydsclinical.com/home-parenteral-nutrition-patient-resources-hub/hpn-alex-and-archie-game/

At Lloyds Clinical, we’re committed to continually improving the way we support patients, clinical teams and partners. As part of this ongoing work, we will soon be upgrading one of the core systems that underpins our patient services.

To complete this upgrade safely, our Warehouse and Finance systems will be unavailable from 18.00 on Thursday 30 April until 08.00 Monday 4 May 2026.

✅ All scheduled deliveries, ancillary supplies and nursing visits will continue as planned during this period.
✅ Our teams will remain available by phone to support patients.
⚠️ We will pause new bookings and changes to existing bookings until the upgrade is complete.

We’re working closely with partners to help patients prepare in advance, ensuring that treatment continues safely and smoothly.

This upgrade is an important step in strengthening our digital infrastructure and enhancing the experience we deliver for patients and the clinical teams we work alongside.

A moment that reminds us why compassionate, child‑centred care matters. 💙

Georgia, one of our paediatric nurses, recently received a message from a patient’s mum to say that her son, Brett, chose her as his “special person to thank” on Rare Disease Day. He even made her a gift, a LEGO heart set, to show how much her visits mean to him.

Georgia has six years of paediatric nursing experience and has been part of Lloyds Clinical for the past two years. She has cared for Brett for six months, visiting every two weeks.
What made the difference was the relationship they built together:
- Georgia explained every step in a way Brett understood
- Brett chose the games they played, helping him feel in control
- Through play and trust, each visit became a little easier
- His little sister, Ella, loved being involved too, proudly helping with observations in her blue gloves!

These small moments of connection are what transform clinical care into something children can feel safe with. And sometimes, it means being remembered in the most meaningful ways.

Thank you, Georgia and thank you to Brett and Ella’s family for sharing such a special moment.

We’re excited to introduce "Archie's Super Spotter", our new interactive digital game designed to support paediatric patients during treatment at home.

Created to be accessible and engaging across a wide age range, the game offers a positive distraction during treatment. Younger children benefit from simple screens and a gentler pace, while older children enjoy faster reactions and more challenging levels. With flexible play and progressive challenges, children can stay engaged for as long as they need to.

As part of our wider Alex & Archie universe, the game helps create a calmer treatment environment, supporting children, parents and clinicians throughout treatment.

A small game, designed to make a meaningful difference to the paediatric treatment experience. Play now - https://lloydsclinical.com/home-parenteral-nutrition-patient-resources-hub/hpn-alex-and-archie-game/
