A little update from Crystal Moon✨

Some of my regular clients will already know that Reiki has quietly been part of my work for quite some time, and many of them have been coming for Reiki sessions alongside their treatments ✨

As Crystal Moon continues to move more into the healing side of things, it felt like the right time to properly make it known that Reiki Energy Healing is available here ✨.

It’s a gentle, deeply relaxing treatment that supports emotional balance, grounding and overall wellbeing, and it sits very naturally alongside the work I already do through massage, holistic therapies, chakra work and spiritual healing ✨

Reiki sessions are available to book at Crystal Moon and I’ll be adding it to the website shortly. I am my own CEO though, so bear with me while I get it listed✨.

23rd February 2026 would have been my dad's birthday.🫶🏾🕊️🕯️💔

On this poignant day, my mum suffered a massive stroke. She was alone at the time and she remains in critical condition.❤️‍🩹

On the 26th, I sat with her and gave her Reiki. In that moment I experienced something I’ve never witnessed before. It felt like a white healing light moving through her body. I don’t often speak openly about spiritual experiences, but for me this sits alongside prayer, faith and the power of intention.✨

She is making small but meaningful improvements, and I am holding on to every one of them.💝

Please continue to keep her in your thoughts, your prayers and your healing intentions. We as a family truly feel the love.

People always say the same thing when they walk in… "I wasn’t expecting this.” And I love that. 🥰

Because from the outside it’s just a door. But when you step inside it’s candles everywhere, crystals placed around the room, aromatherapy oils warming gently, soft music playing… it just feels different. It smells beautiful,
It’s warm, It’s calming straight away.

It’s not bright white and clinical, It’s not rushed, you get time here and
you get my full attention.

Whether you’re coming for massage, energy work, skin or natural afro hair care, everything is done with intention. I don’t cut corners and I don’t rush people.

✨I built it this way on purpose.✨

So when you walk in, you can actually exhale. So you feel safe enough to relax properly. So you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

I got introduced to a group of young media students through one of my regular clients and I’m honestly so glad I did. When they heard me talking about how much I struggle with keeping up with content, they offered to help out now and again.

I can’t even lie, that felt like a weight off 😅

I’m also really happy to have been asked to support Sindiso on his loc journey🫂😊

As part of it, the guys are documenting the process and showing me bits on the media side too, so it works both ways 📽️

We went for medium to large sections and I used my signature mix of crochet and interlock together, working with a 0.6 crochet hook. That combo helps the locs stabilise and mature quicker, which speeds things up overall ✨

The instant loc session took about an hour and a half. His hair was lovely to work with and he left happy, which is always the goal 🎯

Let’s see where this takes us 💭😁

Just a little heads up that from April 2026 there’ll be a small price increase across my services.

I’ve tried to keep things steady for as long as I can, but with extra training, products, running costs and everything that goes into keeping Crystal Moon the calm, private one to one space it is, it feels like the right time now.

If you’re already booked in before April, your price stays the same.

This is so so true 🫂✨

Had a Reiki session with my master recently and it was such a gentle reminder…

Even those of us who spend our time holding space for others
sometimes forget to hold space for ourselves.

We guide.
We soothe.
We support.

But we are human too.

A softened nervous system, a quiet mind, a released tension,
sometimes we need exactly what we offer.

Self-care isn’t a luxury for facilitators it’s essential maintenance.
