Just wanted to show you what a weekly or bi-weekly shopping list looks like for me. I try to switch it up every time to make my meals enjoyable.

Todayโ€™s tip: plan ahead
Set a day to go shopping, donโ€™t go on an empty stomach. If youโ€™re hungry youโ€™ll be tempted to buy snack or other things you might not need. Make a list and stick to it, this will prevent you spending more than you planned.

- tomato, mozzarella, courgette and pesto tart
- takes some time to make but will last a couple meals (less washing to do!), only 5 ingredients needed (use puff pastry for the base)

Todayโ€™s tip: trying new recipes will keep you motivated to cook & excited to try new foods, so keep innovating! Cooking makes us feel productive and accomplished, be proud of yourself for attempting new dishes. This tart can be done with any vegetables and is a simple way of incorporating ingredients youโ€™re not usually drawn to.
