This patient had a small but noticeable lump on the earlobe that was bothering them for years. We carried out a minor surgical excision under local anaesthetic to remove it safely and precisely.

The procedure was quick, done in clinic, and designed to minimise scarring while giving the best cosmetic result. You can see the improvement clearly in the before and after photos.
