We're looking for a reliable, mature person to work in the call centre for our Audiology (hearing) service- booking appointments, triaging patients and managing our clinic diary. Must have a pleasant manner and be able to use computers! Hours likely to be 8.30- 4.30 Monday to Friday, but would be required to cover some weekends as and when needed.
