Morning Everyone!

Eiiiiight years ago today, we had key release on our unit at Cannon Park Shopping Centre. What a fabulous five years we had!!

I could never have predicted the volume of Slimmers we’d help, not only reach their weight loss goals but also improve their health...oh, we’ve had a fair few babies too. What a privilege it’s been to share your journeys ❤️

Life is a little different these days, however, I’m still doing exactly same thing from my home in Burbage and of course, virtually throughout The UK. I really don’t think anyone could’ve really predicted how Covid would change The World, eh?

Delighted to have achieved Diamond Champ again, who’d a thunk it, little old me from Tax Credits to a Limited Company. Mad innit!

A little Thursday evening throwback to last Winter when I was mainly opening the fridge. Wearing a bobbly jumper that was ready for the bin with zero self confidence, comfort eating, hating my reflection, eating to numb that disappointment and around and around we went.

Trapped in that cycle of sadness and taking comfort in food.
Again & again & again!

This afternoon, in complete contrast to last Winter, I have been clearing out my wardrobe & trying on my…. size 14 (squueeeeee!!!!) jeans and binning those size 20’s, 18’s & 16’s.

You will only act when you are ready but I can assure you no sweet ‘treat’ comes anywhere near to the feeling of loving your reflection and feeling excited to enjoy clothes again.

Crazy when you look back at old pictures isn’t it? Admittedly the first image is a good few years old, however, I’d been stuck at this ‘new’ weight for six whole years.

Six years of my life unhappy!

The smile is the best I could muster but the truth is in the eyes every time.

Oh and you’re not ‘stuck’ you’re just not ready to act and that is a conscious choice, you are choosing to be unhappy.

Absolutely ridiculous when you think it through eh?
