Before joining Slimming World and losing 6st (38kg), Char thought she’d never lose weight. Feeling lost and alone, she tried weight loss drugs – which made her feel dizzy and gave her painful stomach cramps. They also didn’t work. Char spent £750 and lost just 3lbs 💔.

Our new research of more than 7,000 new members shows that Char isn’t alone – before joining Slimming World, only 40% of new members believed they’d achieve weight loss success. After their first group though, new members had more self-belief, self-confidence and self-determination – with 98% feeling committed to their weight loss 🙌.

This bank holiday Monday, you can weigh in from 5.30pm until 6.30pm and the scales will remain open. For anyone thinking of joining I'll be doing the new member talk from 5.30pm-6pm and then image therapy for everyone is from 6pm-6 30pm. The 7.30pm session isnt on im afraid due to the centre closing early. Have a great weekend and i look forward to seeing you on Monday x

In April there are 30 days....in that time my members lost an incredible 31 stone! i'm so proud of them all. Wonder what May will bring...
