Being in the sea has the ability to wash away your stress & tension. Allowing the negative ions to be released.

In the present moment i am organising & will be in Leamington today & tomorrow for my launch..
has been tirelessly working to create such a wonderful & beautiful space here in the heart of Leamington & i can't wait to show you all around, network, have some non alcoholic drinks with you & snacks..
This place is a real hub & hive of activity & after working solo at home (which i still do tues, wed, fri), it's been a breath of fresh air to be in community with other therapists, stylist & skincare specialists..

I'm Lou a Shamanic healer, bodyworker (in the forms of myofascial release, thai massage) yogi & sound healer currently living in Coventry.

All of the work I do is around energy healing & how we can release any energy that is stagnant & maybe holding us back in our lives..
