HEALTH | Today, two of our walking football groups [PCN of Nuneaton & Bedworth and Cancer Support] joined forces for some fun in the sun 😎🌞

They enjoyed socialising through small sided games, followed by refreshments and a quiz 😃 Lewis, Josh and Ron were over the moon with the event and excited for the next collaboration and chance to bring everyone together again 👏🏼⚽️☕️🍰

Player Development Centre | We had a fantastic coaches CPD last week, delivered by Coventry City FC U10’s Academy Coach, Ryan Byrne ⚽️

The topic was on technical detail in sessions, a really important area for developing players 📈 Ryan delivered a session to one of our U11 groups on the pitch, before taking it into the classroom with our coaches 📝

We’re proud to be able to provide these opportunities for our coaches to develop themselves, in order to develop our players ⚡️💡

COMMUNITY | care home love 🫶🏼

Alongside Coventry Building Society’s community team, our beautiful therapy dog Winnie 🐶 and Coventry City FC former players Dietmar Bruck and Kirk Stephens, we made a special visit this week to residents at Trinity Lodge Care Home in Binley, Coventry 🩵

Whilst our former players were chatting and reminiscing over some fantastic footballing memories, our beloved pooch was meeting residents and sharing cuddles 🐾
