The Universe has one universal energy, behind it, that is driving everything we see forward. This energy is sometimes called GOD, Supreme Energy, Nature, Healing, Reiki or Urja Shakti. This is why without Urja, Shakti cannot exist. We all have this Urja Shakti, but to sense it and enjoy its fruits is what life really is. It helps to explain and appreciate nature and that all creation is unique and

has its own place in this circle of existence. Some spend many lifetimes to achieve this sense of what/whom the creator is and others through performing good deeds, kindness, singing, meditation and yoga can achieve this status. Through disciplining the mind and body, one can achieve enlightenment. Along this route to enlightenment there are many hurdles that need to be faced in the form of losing control and focus, abusing powers attained, greed and anger. My personal experience is that I was gifted as a child and could see angels, white light and had psychic ability. I could not understand any of these abilities at a young age and neither did I have anyone around me to explain them. But I knew that these gifts were special. As I had the thirst to learn further and try and understand what was happening to me, my journey into spirituality started. I met some unique individuals along this journey and learnt old traditional techniques in healing, sound energy meditation, focus meditation and kundalini. My aim is to further my learning and try and pass this knowledge to individuals who are experiencing difficulties in understand who they are, experiencing psychic abilities, meditation to research further. I have used to hear many stories about how individuals throughout history had the ability to see the future, have outer body experiences and heal. I have dedicated my life to passing this knowledge on and run workshops in an easy to understand format. I also work with patients who are in need of:-
