In the busy hot summer, I so look forward to sharing yin yoga later. Allowing students to find stillness, to observe what is arising without having to โdoโ anything but relax. Time to โbeโ. The importance of rest and compassionate awareness. The session will have its challenge with deep stretches. I have a super sweet nidra to finish the session which will be most welcome for those that have lost sleep this week in the heat. Still time to book if you fancy a real treat! ๐

โAm so happy Iโve rejoined, youโve taught me so much already! I feel like I lost a lot of my practice through doing it at home because I wasnโt spending enough time focusing on it and actually became a bit of a chore to do as there were always distractions at home. Now, I just want to come along every Monday itโs been fantastic! Thank you for reigniting my yoga ๐ง๐ผ๐โค๏ธโ

Wonderful weekend retreat over this Summer Solstice with gorgeous gals in a fabulous place!! We practiced in a chapel, we practiced several times outside in the beautiful gardens under the shade of glorious trees. The breeze whispered to us and kept us cool ( mostly). We walked in beautiful English countryside and ate much delicious food. We shared our time, our energy, we laughed and we explored many styles of yoga and wellness practices. We retreated together and we all feel better for it. I am blessed. Namaste ๐๐๐ง๐ผ

Well that was a different Wednesday night! Just had lots of fun teaching the BC Brownies. It takes a lot of energy to be a kids yoga teacher! Thanks for having me! ๐
