St Peter’s church have secured some funding. Email has gone out from school
Key stage 3 lunch time club Tuesday 1.45-2.20 sports hall.
After school- key stage 4 and 5 to support with exam stress. Tuesday St Peter’s Church Hall 3.45-4.45 from next week

Good morning Jaime,

I am so happy I pushed myself to get back into yoga, feeling great this morning, a little achy but that's to be expected.

Yes, I will be returning next week, i will pay cash on the evening.

So happy I have found a great teacher who I feel comfortable and connected to.

Firstly would you please book me in for the 18 April wellness day.

My comments on the recent retreat are:
The flow of the day worked well
The yoga session was a very good lead up to the drumming bath. The two married well.
The refreshments were satisfactory no gluten option
I most enjoyed being exposed to something totally new and unexpected in a circular and hence all inclusive layout.
We should be advised whether (and why) to point our feet or our head to the centre of the circle for the drumming session
I am booking for the April wellness day.

Your enthusiasm and devotion to the yoga cause is infectious and very warming which help us to achieve the most beneficial results.

Thank you Jaime, thank you for Saturdays brilliant yoga retreat. I thought it was fabulous!!!!!!! Saturday night is the best nights sleep I have had in months. I don’t think I moved an inch all night and woke up feeling really refreshed. I would love to book in for your retreat on the 18th April.
