Our very own ‘super woman’, Finefutures Mental Health Nurse, Hayley is flying out to Afghanistan tomorrow to take on another mammoth challenge.

This time she is doing a marathon run from Afghanistan to the Chinese border.

She is doing it not only for her own personal challenge, but also to raise money for a very good cause.

In 2010 Finefutures was formed, and I am now very proud to announce that a majority transfer of shares has taken place, and Finefutures is now operating as an Employee Owned Trust (EOT).

There are only approximately 1,000 UK businesses that are EOTs, and since the 25th of October, Finefutures is one of them.

The Care sector struggles to keep up with the demand for services, and we rely on excellent quality, dedicated staff.
We have over 30% who have over 10 years service, and consistently maintain staffing levels at 96%+

And so this is our way of giving back to our staff that have shown loyalty, show them how valued they are, and encourage new staff to come and join our team, whether they have a long history working in the Care sector, or if they are looking for a new career.

As the company grows, our staff will be beneficiaries of future profits, because they don’t just work for the company, THEY ARE THE COMPANY.

Today Finefutures became 40% bigger than it was yesterday. We have the pleasure of having a fantastic group of staff and clients join us from another established Care company that covered Nuneaton, Coventry, Bedworth and Rugby.

After meeting a large number of the new staff, they are all very motivated and likeminded.

We really can’t think of a better reason to start organising another company party to take place in the new year. 🥂🎈🍾 🎶 🎉

We have just enjoyed a lovely few weeks preparing to provide some amazing new services across Coventry and Warwickshire.

This has involved meeting new clients, families, advocates, and getting to know lots of new staff.

We can’t wait for these services and their dedicated staff to become part of the Finefutures team from this weekend onwards! 🤗

A few photos and videos from our company party, Finefest last night. Thank you to Nick Taylor Entertainments Ltd for organising all of the live entertainment, keeping us on schedule, and making it such a success as always. And thank you to the local companies like Balloonatics Party Shop for decorating the venue, and Georgia April Art, Mascot Starz, ChildHood Dreams, Pop Up Gaming, and The Great Adamos - Magician who all kept every child of all ages (and some of the adults!) entertained. You all did an amazing job!

After three years of changes in dates, venues, line-ups and themes, we had 5 weeks to go when we got the news that Makins Lakes was under new ownership; and our event has been cancelled.

We have come to an agreement, and have now gone full-circle and are very pleased to announce that Finefest is being held at Sketchley Grange in Hinckley, same date, Sat 4th of June, same times!

Don’t worry!!!! Paw Patrol have been informed, and they will be coming along with children’s entertainers, and face painting from 3pm, the live top quality line-up of entertainment runs from 3.30 until midnight, and the bar opens from 2:30pm onwards.

Other than the stage being indoors and no fireworks, everything else will be the same. But we will be providing BBQ/buffet food so pre-booking is absolutely essential.
