Most people wake up dehydrated—so instead grabbing a cuppa ☕️ or even hot chocolate ☕️ and white fluffy bread 🍞
Try this simple habit:

✨ Drink a glass of water within 10–15 minutes of waking up
✨ Sip it steadily instead of gulping and do this while seated
✨ Make it part of your morning routine before breakfast

Why? Because rehydrating first thing can help support your energy, focus, and digestion for the day ahead.

Small habits create big results—and this one takes less than a minute.

Our talk continues on obesity and how we can own our power over it💪🏼

Another great reason to exercise and eat healthy is to avoid Type 2 Diabetes❌‼️🛑🛑

Cause from obesity:
• Excess fat → insulin resistance
• Body can’t control blood sugar properly

🕒 Timing:
• Develops gradually after insulin resistance

🔄 Reversibility:
• Partially reversible, especially early.
Exercise and diet play a huge role however medication may be necessary-consult your GP.
