Fresh faced and ready for a morning of training at day 2 of the Tropic Leaders Event

When Tropic ask you to come make up free for a morning skincare ritual years ago I would never of dreamed of going anywhere make up free but thanks to Tropic I feel comfortable in the skin I'm in 💚

It's here 🎉 one of my favourite weekends (of many) in the Tropic calendar 💚 the fabulous Tropic Leaders Event!

Feeling proud to have been a Leader with Tropic since 2013! Who'd have thought me reading a tweet from Lord Sugar and being at a point in my life where I was looking at ways to bring extra income into the household would lead me on the journey I've been on over the last 13 years!

I don't often stop and look at myself and think I'm proud of me, but do you know what this morning I have, I've taken a moment to reflect and can honestly say I'm proud of the community I've built, I've helped people with their skin first and foremost but I've also given people confidence to follow what I do and join me on the ride, some of my amazing team are 13 years in themselves and others are just starting their Tropic story 💖

So today when I'm sat in a room of now over 1,000 leaders who all started at the same point, I'm definitely going to pinch myself and soak it all up!

Surrounded by the most amazing, like-minded people, where each and everyone of them is striving for more, dreaming bigger, and ready to celebrate it all together 🥳 We get to see the exciting innovations that Susie and the team have been developing firsthand (and then get to bring some home to try out) 🫶

I truly am so grateful for everyone who has been or is a part of my Tropic story 💫

Strong women supporting women 💜

One of the things I love most about being part of Tropic is the incredible community of supportive, inspiring women.

International Women’s Day always feels really special because it reflects so much of what this community is about. This year’s theme “Give to Gain” really resonates with me — when women encourage each other, celebrate each other’s wins and lift each other up, something really powerful happens.

For me, Tropic has never just been about skincare. It’s about confidence, friendship, opportunities and being part of something that genuinely wants to make a positive difference for people and the planet.

I feel so grateful to be surrounded by so many amazing women who support and inspire each other every day.

I became a Leader with Tropic back in 2013, and since then I've have had the privilege of mentoring so many amazing women who are "doing" Tropic their way to fit around work, hobbies, kids, life etc for me it's been the most fulfilling experience to be a part of this business and as we enter a new chapter with Tropic I'm so excited to help lots more lovely ladies (and men) build their own beauty businesses with this incredible company 🥰
