Today I choose to be happy...
It's all about the angle you choose to look at things. Instead of focusing on everything that went wrong today or past days (and trust me I could give you a long list) ...I choose to look at things positive.
I am so glad I woke up early today (not unhappy that those road workers woke me up ridiculously early).
I am so glad I got to the bus 10min earlier, bc the bus left 5 min earlier than planned.
I am so glad that I got to the rental car 30min too early, bc it took longer to sort everything than expected.
I am so glad that my rental car is covered by scratches and dents, bc that mean if I make a small scratch no one will notice.
I am so glad for that strong Scottish wind, otherwise I would have been too hot.
The weather is not perfect, but it is certainly perfect for me. A bit of sun, a bit of rain , a bit of wind...I love all of it.

Today is like a miracle to me, and I wondered why, how I deserved all this happiness and luck...and then I realized...I made a choice...!

And I hope you make the choice to be happy today too. I know sometimes it is easier said than done, but just try...you owe it to yourself!
