Dedicated to helping our clients feel heard and supported, we aim to be more than a place for recovery - we’re your long-term partner in your health and performance. We understand that people in pain aren’t just concerned about the injury itself, but also the frustration from uncertainty, the reliance on painkillers, and fear of risky surgery. Our unique system promotes lasting transformation, understanding that no two people are the same. We work closely with our clients to identify individual needs and goals, creating custom care plans that combine hands-on therapy, guided rehabilitation, and evidence-based treatments. Dedicated to helping our clients feel heard and supported, we aim to be more than a place for recovery – we’re your long-term partner in your health and performance.

Ari uses a four-step framework with almost every client who comes to him with a painful problem:

Reduce pain first.

Regain mobility second.

Rebuild strength third.

Restore function last.

He’s relied on this framework for backs, knees, hips, shoulders, and ankles – and it works because it mirrors the way the body naturally heals.

Most people stop after step one. The pain eases, which feels like progress – but the reality is, it’s more like putting a handbrake on than fixing the problem. The Four Rs only work when you go all the way through.

Shockwave therapy has revolutionised the treatment landscape for various musculoskeletal conditions, standing out for its ability to both stimulate healing and relieve pain. Here, Ari is using it on the tibialis anterior (the muscle at the front of the lower leg) and the tibialis posterior (a deeper muscle towards the back and inside of the leg) to treat tendon pain brought on by poor ankle and foot control during running.

This treatment, along with the client’s structured rehab plan, is helping to strengthen and support the foot and ankle, preventing it from rolling inwards too much and reducing strain on the tendons.

Spring brings motivation back to running – training plans take shape and mileage starts to climb. But with that renewed enthusiasm often comes something less welcome. As distance and intensity increase, tendon-related pain can too.

Heel discomfort with the first few steps in the morning. Achilles stiffness that eases as you warm up but returns later. Shin pain that lingers after the run. That familiar ache around the kneecap we call runner’s knee.

Seasonal changes often play a role. Shifts in load, terrain, or routine can ask certain areas of the body to do more than they’re ready for – and tendons are often the first to feel it.

The encouraging reality is that ongoing pain doesn’t automatically mean you need to step away from running. In his latest blog, Senior Physiotherapist Hardik explains why tendon injuries can hang around longer than we’d like – and how targeted shockwave therapy, combined with the right progressive loading plan, can help you stick with your training. Today marks the first day of spring - officially kicking off a season of growth and an ideal time to rethink the patterns gently steering our actions. In Ari’s latest blog, ‘Breaking Bad (Habits)’, he uncovers why small, consistent actions can be more impactful than big bursts of motivation. From the two-minute rule to habit stacking, the intention is gradual improvement – progress that fits naturally into your routine.

Real change rarely arrives in dramatic moments; it grows quietly through repetition, identity, and patience. Click the link in bio to read the blog.

For senior physiotherapist Hardik, feeling heard is essential because it builds trust – and trust is the foundation of recovery. He explains the difference between two approaches to physiotherapy: ‘doing to’ and ‘doing with’. His approach is collaborative: listening first, then shaping recovery around each client’s goals and priorities.

This trio hits the hips from three very different angles - the front, the back, and through rotation - building strength and control in ranges where people usually only stretch.

This sequence works well as:
> Warm-up before lower-body strength training
> Accessory work for runners
> Stability block in mobility sessions

1. Standing psoas with kettlebell → targets the deep hip flexors and trains anterior hip stability.
HOW-TO TIP: Focus on lifting the thigh without leaning back. Move slowly and keep the standing hip level - this is about control, not height.

2. Long sitting leg lift-off → builds active hip flexion and compression strength.
HOW-TO TIP: Sit tall, keep the knee straight, and hover the leg with control. The lift may be small - what matters is owning the position without compensating.

3. Pigeon RDL with kettlebell → loads the posterior hip and deep external rotators in a lengthened position.
HOW-TO TIP: Hinge forward from the hip and use the glute to control both the descent and the return. Think strength in the stretch, not passive flexibility.
