I was once asked to hold a watch and tell the person about the owner of the watch.
"How weird" I thought. "Do people actually do this?"
The man who gave me the watch said "Just say what you are feeling, what impression you get of the owner"
So I tuned in to my feelings and told him the owner was a middle aged man, someone who enjoyed countryside and wore cord trousers and tweed jackets. Then I got a sharp pain above my right eye and I had to give him the watch back and sit down.
Apparently I was right in every respect...
The pain in my head? He died of a stroke.
This is a phenomenon known as "psychometry".
Dave will teach you how to do this on Thursday night 19th Feb, 6.30 - 8.30, or if you can already do it, how to refine your abilities. You must book using the Eventbrite link though.

Hawayo Hiromi Kawamura Takata (24 December 1900 – 11 December 1980)

45 years ago today, Hawayo Takata passed through the veil separating this world and that of the ancestors, less than two weeks before her eightieth birthday.

45 years earlier (11 December 1935), Takata was attending her second day of Reiki training at the Hayashi Reiki Kenkyūkai, learning the spiritual therapy to which she would then dedicate her life.

Her 45 years of devotion to Reiki transformed the practice from an obscure Japanese healing art to one poised to become a truly global phenomenon with millions of practitioners worldwide.

If Reiki has touched your life or the life of someone you love, take a moment to remember this remarkable woman and express gratitude for her hard work that made this all possible 🙏

It might be grey and grim outside - but in the Amethyst Centre it's lovely and warm! We have loads of new crystals for you to buy, and we have Reiki tasters, taster Tarot or crystal readings if needed, chakra rebalancing, Melody method of crystal healing, and scrying available in the way of therapies etc. We also have tinctures and essential oil blends, smudge sticks, Palo Santo, incense sticks... come and see what we can do for you! Free admission, open 12 - 4.
