We will be open from about 10am on Tuesday 14th until 8.30, when the Business for Success workshop finishes. That is £20 if you'd like to attend it - but we do need to know beforehand if you'd like to come and I don't have a link yet! So please message the Centre and you will be able to pay when you get here. If nobody messages us we will close at 6.45.

Just because something is marketed as being "natural", that does not mean it is safe to consume. This study looks at the increasing amount of liver damage caused by people taking "detox" supplements, which actually cause more damage than they solve. It is far better to consume a healthy diet rather than try and fix and unhealthy diet with supplements.

As the use of herbal supplements expands, so do the dangers they pose to liver health, requiring clinicians to stay vigilant when diagnosing patients.
