Freedom Yoga offers Vinyasa Flow classes in and around the Nuneaton area. Vinyasa Flow is a type of yoga that synchronises the breath to the postures. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa Flow benefits individuals both mentally and physically. Freedom yoga also offers one to one sessions to children with autism/additional needs.

Honestly, there’s no better feeling than hearing someone say that to you. It means they see the inner glow, the peace, and the self-love you’ve worked so hard for. 🙏

Getting to this place hasn’t been easy. It took a lot of effort, self-reflection, and setting boundaries I didn’t even know I needed. I had to learn to put myself first without feeling guilty, to give my energy only to what truly matters, and to create daily self-love practices that nurtured both my body and soul. 🌸

Fitness, yoga, mindfulness, journaling, and saying “no” to what drains me—thats just some of the things that have helped me to transform into the happiest version of ME. It’s not about looking good on the outside, it’s about feeling amazing from the inside out.

Imagine if you spoke to yourself the way you’d speak to your best friend or someone close to you . With kindness. With compassion. With belief.

Self-doubt can be loud, but your confidence can be louder. You are capable, worthy, and stronger than you think. Start replacing “I can’t” with “I will.” Start trusting yourself the way you deserve.

Next time that inner voice starts to criticise, pause. Would you say that to someone you love? If not, don’t say it to yourself.

Believe in yourself. Hype yourself up. Speak to yourself with love. You’ve got this.

End of week round up ❤️

1. Back to work and channelling those positive vibes 😁

3. Loving the community and all the messages from the 30 day Thrive challenge! Everyone is doing so well and starting their 2025 in the best way possible ✨

4. More meditation this week and has kept me in a good head space 🧘‍♀️

5. Reading two books at the moment, and made a good dent in both. 📚

6.7.8. Big workout sessions in the gym this week! Including another 5km run of the year 💪🏃‍♀️

9. Frosty walks with my number 1 ❤️❄️

Sundays are a great day to reflect on your week. I also use it as a chance to recognise what didn’t go well and make sure I take action to make any changes for the following week.
