I headed into Bridgend for my monthly supervision session today. It's so important to ask your mental health practitioner about supervision. For me it's vital to have these sessions so I can support you in the best way possible.

When I share content about mental health, trauma-informed healing, and building a safe community, I'm unfortunately met with some objectifying comments, that's not just annoying, it's an active refusal to see me as a professional in my domain.

To all women running professional spaces: You are allowed to be visible, successful, and professional without giving a single millimeter to objectification. Your worth is in your expertise, not your appearance.
