A little insight into how I teach & my personal experiences ✨
One of the many benefits of practicing yoga is the stillness of the mind, all distractions start to disappear whilst you’re there with yourself. Often emotions arise during the practice, this is normal, it means you’re processing stored emotions that you’ve buried deep in the body. THIS IS GOOD!
We as humans, are conditioned to work work work & be busy busy busy ALL of the time, YOGA allows us to not only be still but to move at our own pace, becoming gentle with-ourselves and allowing us to feel what we need to feel all in the space of an HOUR.
