Meet Dr Paul Davis 👨‍⚕️ Our highly experienced Consultant Paediatrician, with over 30 years of clinical expertise Dr Davis brings a deep commitment to child health and development at Vale Wellness.

Dr Davis worked as an NHS Consultant Paediatrician in Cardiff from 1993-2024, covering both community and acute general paediatrics. In recent years, he has focused his practice on ADHD and related neurodevelopmental conditions, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to children and young people.

Dr Davis provides specialist assessments and support for:

Meet Dr Kelly Adams – General Practitioner at Vale Wellness 🌿

Dr Adams has a strong background in general practice and a commitment to delivering patient-centred, holistic care.

A graduate of Cardiff Medical School in 2013, Dr Adams completed her foundation training in the North East of England before returning to South Wales to undertake GP training within the Cardiff and Vale area.

Her clinical experience includes time at the University Hospital of Wales and a variety of local practices, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of both acute and long-term patient needs.

Dr. Adams is driven by a passion for holistic care, with a strong focus on well-being, nutrition and mental health. She has expertise in joint injections, and her areas of interest include women’s health, menopause, and child health.

With over 20 years of clinical experience and background in surgical training, Simon offers expert care in procedures such as non-scalpel vasectomies - a quick, safe and minimally invasive option for permanent contraception, performed under local anaesthetic with minimal downtime and a strong safety record.

As team doctor for the Ospreys rugby team since 2011, Simon also specialises in intra-articular and soft tissue steroid injections helping patients manage pain, improve mobility and return to daily life with confidence. His work is supported by ongoing training in musculoskeletal ultrasound, enhancing both diagnosis and treatment precision.

1) Complete medical questionnaire prior to assessment
2) Undertake a QB test prior to assessment, a computer based assessment tool to measure three core symptoms: inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity
3) Thorough 90-minute in-person assessment with Dr Kelleher
4) Attend a 30-minute follow up appointment to discuss results, potential treatments, and private prescriptions.
