We are thrilled to welcome Helen, who will be working with us as a Naturopath & Nutritionist.

Helen’s mission as a Naturopath is to find the root cause of the many symptoms people present, with the aim of supporting the body’s ability to restore, maintain and optimise health. Specialising in nutrition, she supports people of all ages, and with a wide variety of health related conditions.
As a Naturopath, everyone is seen as unique, and Helen tailors her approach to support each individual, whether their concerns are mental health, physical health, condition management, or performance enhancement.

🗓️ Helen is starting on Saturday 8th March 2025 and will be in clinic every other Saturday thereafter.

Megan has a Level 4 Sports Massage qualification, and a Masters degree in Sports Rehabilitation.
