Angharad is a children’s dietitian and nutrition consultant based in Cowbridge with twenty years experience of working with all ages of children and teenagers. She runs clinics in the Cowbridge medical practice, is a public speaker on childhood nutrition, media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association and offers nutritional analysis of recipes and menus as well as allergen advice for rest

aurants, magazines and supermarkets. She is a keen cook and has just developed her second cookery book for cow’s milk allergy.

Amazing meeting today with my other work family committee.

I love this voluntary role and working with some of the very best and kindest paediatric dietitians in the UK. There are also 2 of us from Wales now

We're working on so many different projects to benefit the profession, for students, and support workers to qualified dietitians.

Watch this space for new resources, more webinars, and a tonne of education and training.

(I also love committee for all the same reasons!)

A day celebrating our volunteering contributions for our commitment serving on and committees. It is a privilege to work with these dietitians who have become friends and trusted colleagues in the world of Paediatrics and the ARFID space.

It was also a day catching up with Professor Mirander Lomer MBE who won an outstanding achievement award - one amazing dietitian and the reason I got diagnosed with Haemochromatosis at such a young-ish age following her iron study I participated in when a newly qualified dietitian .

Here is to next year and more celebrations!
