Let’s take a moment to talk about hormones🧘‍♀️

As women, our monthly cycle can shift depending on a mix of things — from mindfulness and sleep to gut health and how we care for ourselves. I’ve actually had two periods this month, which I know is stress-related. Being aware of this has helped me realise just how deeply our mood and emotions can influence the way our body functions.

Our bodies are speaking, gently, all the time. And
our intuition isn’t always loud, it often whispers. But just because it’s quiet doesn’t mean it isn’t important.

Pause. Listen. Your body knows what it needs. It’s time we truly heard it.

Wether that’s productive, relaxed or something in between, it’s all relative. No matter what’s going on around you, take a moment to create a little inner peace for yourself today✨

Even the smallest pause can make all the difference...

Let’s talk about how we can support you on your wellness journey — naturally and intentionally🌿

Holistic and Beauty Therapies

Zenergy is my one woman business and my baby.

Having been in retail as sales and in management for some years, after I had my 3rd child I decided that I wanted to do something totally different, and while I enjoyed working with people I didn’t enjoy the often thankless part of retail working.

So when my maternity leave was coming to an end I looked into something I could do that would help people, and that is when I discovered Complementary and Holistic therapies. I applied for the course and began my journey in Aug 2015.

After I qualified in Complementary therapy in June 2016, I decided to go it alone and work for myself offering a completely mobile holistic service to clients. It has been one of the best things I have done in life. I have enjoyed every aspect form meeting new people, to being able to help them through therapies, to the freedom that it gives me for family life.
