✨ Some clients just humble you. On Sunday it was Ken — an absolute gent and a walking reminder that positivity is a choice.

Ken came in with a neck and shoulder impingement (thanks to a suitcase and a high shelf 🧳➡️🗄️). Proof that massage isn’t just for athletes but everyday life can take its toll too!

Despite what life can throw at us all sometimes, Ken shows up with a smile, gratitude, and endless stories. In just an hour and 15 minutes, he shared so many life lessons that left me inspired.

Grandad to and a true inspiration in my treatment room, it was a joy to treat you Ken!💙

🎉 Passed my Level 4 Sports Massage exams! 🎉

This one hit different… balancing study 📚, running my own business 💼, a full-time job 🕒, and trying to have a resemblance of a life (spoiler: I failed at that 😅). Compared to Level 3, the pressure was next level, 24/7 and burnout was real.

For now, I’m pressing pause on study ⏸️ and soaking up this achievement and applying to my practice. Massive thanks to everyone who supported me along the way — family, friends, colleagues, coaches, my tutors, level 4 Sports Massage crew, and my amazing clients 🙌💙.

Balance might be overrated anyway 🤣 But progress isn't. Watch this space 🫶

Last Level 4 tutorial today before our exam in 2 weeks and…we descended fully into chaos and delirium! 🤣
Even Tutor Jordo couldn’t escape the spiral 😵‍💫💀

All honesty, the pressure has been REAL—most of us holding down two jobs, studying, and trying to maintain some kind of life 🤪So to laugh like this…oh, it felt soooo good. I am so thankful for my Sports Massage Crew!

Be Like Ruary 🌟💪🙌

I have to shout out my star client tonight — Ruary 🌟

A few weeks ago, he came in with his lower body tighter than a stubborn jar lid 🫙😅 Training hard but not prioritising mobility.

I gave him homework 📚… and he actually did it, almost every day, with updates and effort 🙌.

Fast forward to tonight in the clinic ➡️🏥 The results spoke for themselves. He’s moving better, feeling better, and proud of the progress he earned 💪✨.

He even got a sticker after treatment⭐🤣 For consistency for his efforts, showing up for himself (and for me 😉).

Take note, people: be like lovely Ruary. Consistency pays off. 👏💛
