Our Gentle Detox Ritual is a deeply nurturing experience designed to reset body and mind in the most restorative way. Begin with a soothing sauna to warm the body and encourage gentle release, followed by a full body lymphatic drainage massage to support natural detoxification, reduce heaviness, and restore lightness.
Your ritual continues with our calming Breathe & Balance facial lymphatic treatment, helping to ease facial tension, reduce puffiness, and quiet the nervous system. We then finish with an Elixir Hydration Juice, supporting immunity and inner balance from within.

Our extensively trained team of therapists are dedicated to the promotion of good health in body, mind and spirit. Our Wellbeing Treatments, where possible use only natural products, remedies and treatments, which will leave you looking and feeling better and more able to cope with today’s hectic pace of life. BeCalmed Medi Spa is competitively-priced. Crucial to our success is the use of some of the most advanced equipment available in Europe today to carry out non-surgical, non-invasive treatments and procedures. We also have specialists providing fillers and wrinkle injections and permanent make-up. Our relaxing facilities include private changing rooms, infra red sauna for two, 5 treatment rooms plus a manicure and pedicure lounge. We also have relaxation areas where you can enjoy the benefits of your treatment.
