😂🎭 Half Term Comedy Sketch Workshop – 17th Feb 🎭😂

A laughter-packed day inspired by sketches all about imaginary friends 👻✨

We warmed up with interviews in Gibberish, jumped into the chaos of Murder Mansion, then chatted about sketches that inspired us before getting stuck into group work 🧠💥

Teams practised and devised both scripted and unscripted sketches, experimenting, taking risks and committing hard to the bit. There were big ideas, bold performances and so many laughs - comedy gold, if I do say so myself! 👏🌟

⏰🎭 Ryde Supernovas – 13th Feb 🎭⏰

We jumped into the improv favourite “Why Are You Late?” with timely imaginative excuses, bold miming and zero shame 😂

We then played a fun game called “What Am I?” where each group member strikes a pose, or built a scene, and brought ideas to life one character at a time🧍‍♂️✨

Big energy, quick thinking and loads of laughs 💥👏

💎🕵️‍♀️ Cowes Supernovas – 14th Feb 🎭✨

A jam-packed session of mystery and mayhem! We cracked into “The Detective Game” to uncover who stole the jewels 💎👀, devised our own scenes, dipped into “Murder Mansion” (our very own version of The Traitors), and finished with Buzzy Bees - thinking fast, finding unique words and striking poses to match 🐝🧠

So much creativity, teamwork and quick thinking… Elementary as always, when the Supernova detectives were on the case! 🔍👏

We became Bug Explorers for the day, playing “Explorer Says” (just like Simon Says!) and peering through our imaginary magnifying glasses 👀🔍
And what did we find? BUGS! 🐛🪲🕷️

Curious minds were on the crawl 🧠🌟

🌿🐯 St Mary’s After School Club - 14th Nov 🐍🌴

We dived into a Jungle Explorers adventure, with each brave explorer taking it in turns to lead the way through the imaginary rainforest 🌳🧭

Along the path, we identified jungle creatures using familiar sounds and some animalistic actions 🦁🐍🐒

The big challenge? Cross the jungle together as a team 🤝💚 and I’m proud to say they all did a fantastic job!

Let’s get ready to JUNGLE!👏

💛 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽! 💛

Hi everyone,

I am so incredibly grateful for all your support. I truly love what I do and I know the children who come along love it too.

This half term, I have a few classes with very low numbers signed up. Most of these are brand new classes (which I know can take a little time to build) but I am so keen to get them properly off the ground for the small number already enrolled!

Here are the three classes that could really use a little boost:

🎭 Sandown – Supernovas (Ages 7–11)
🗓 Alternate Tuesdays
⏰ 3.30–4.30pm
📍 St John’s Annexe, Sandown
Fortnightly, pay-as-you-go drama and improv. Games like Murder Mansion (our take on The Traitors!), character work, devising and lots of laughter.

🌟 Newport – Little Llama Explorers (Ages 3–5 / EYFS & Reception)
🗓 Wednesdays
⏰ 3.30–4.15pm
📍 1st Newport Scouts (near Nine Acres, parking available)
Imaginative play, drama games and confidence-building... perfect for little performers ready to shine.

🔥 Newport – Trailblazers (Ages 11+)
🗓 Thursdays
⏰ 4.45–5.45pm
📍 1st Newport Scouts (near Nine Acres, parking available)
A step up from Supernovas... deeper character work, improv, comedy sketches and developing pieces over time.

🎭✨ Newport Supernovas - 13th Nov ✨🎭

This session was packed with drama and laughs as we mainly played the “Bench Game” where each cheeky player tries to annoy another person off the bench 👋🏼😂

Then we played a fun game called “Murder Mansion” which is our very own take on The Traitors 🕵️‍♀️🔍

There were big characters, sneaky strategies and some very “annoying” performances… Let the Bench Games commence! 😅💪🏼

🌴🐒 Nine Acres After School Club – 13th Nov ‘25 🐍🌿

We became Jungle Explorers for the day, tip-toeing through the jungle and discovering creatures along the way 👣🧭

Our brave explorers led the journey, identifying jungle animals by their sounds and actions - cue the rowdy roars and some silly squawking… and of course, plenty of giggles 🦁🦜😂

Such brilliant focus and improv from this adventurous bunch. The jungle was wild, just like their imaginative ideas! 🌟🦥🌿

🎭 NEW! Fortnightly Drama Class for 7–11 Year Olds in Sandown 🎭

I’m so excited to announce a brand new fortnightly Llama Drama “Supernovas” class in Sandown for children aged 7–11!

Perfect for home educated and school-educated children alike, this class runs every other Tuesday at 3.30pm, starting Tuesday 24th February.

Each session is packed with high-energy improv games (including favourites like Murder Mansion – our twist on The Traitors!), devising our own short scenes and sketches and plenty of laughter along the way!

🗓 Fortnightly on Tuesdays (starting 24th February)
⏰ 3.30–4.30pm
📍 St John’s Annexe, Sandown
🎭 Ages 7–11
