KEEP COOL AND PROTECT YOUR YIN!

Keep doors and curtains closed on the
south side of the house until evening
Stay hydrated
Mist yourself with water from a spray bottle
Use a fan - even a small one can make a difference
Stay out of the sun in the hottest part of the day
Don't use the oven/do the ironing
Have a cool/ cold shower before bed
Sleep in a different room if it's cooler
If very hot,go to bed wet!
